Laundrapp is truly a life saver!!!! When I moved to London from the United States a few years ago, I was in need of a dry cleaning service and didn’t know where to look. I did some research online and came across Laundrapp. Based on the reviews I read, I decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did! From my very first order, I have loved the exceptional service I have received from the customer care representatives I have dealt with, the wonderful drivers who pick up and deliver my order and of course, I am beyond happy with the way our clothes come out. I think Laundrapp is an excellent choice for anyone looking to have their clothes cleaned and in my opinion, Laundrapp is the best!

Good value for money and easy to use app. Could improve on timing indications for pick-up and delivery. Also, some clothes have random creases post ironing, but nothing that's a showstopper.

Something wrong with every order. If I hadn’t purchased a large pre-paid bundle I’d be using a local shop who will let me drop off or collect.

Really good dry cleaning service, I only had an issue once when one of my items wasn't delivered back to me with the rest, but their customer service team is very nice and reactive, and the issue was sorted immediately. I even received a voucher to use on my next order to make up for it. I have been using their services for almost 3 years and have nothing to complain about.
