My laundry was meant to turn up 4 hours ago. It still hasn’t and there has been no note from support or any one. Can someone help please ?? At least tell us when it will be delivered .

Coat came back clean and in excellent condition. So helpful that someone picked it up and delivered it to my door. Good value.

My dry cleaning experience for my suits is awesome. Then i used Laundrapp for my general laundry. I was overcharged with £19 for extra socks and shirts. Further, when i received my laundry, some pair of socks were smelling awful. In general, pretty much average experience

Quick service, good quality

Laundrapp has worked out very well for me for years. It is a reliable service and they genuinely try to listen and sort out issues, including being accommodating where they can and I’d recommend Laundrapp as a service for help with washing and ironing.

Great service. Very easy to book, good quality cleaning, and pick-up / delivery times are always convenient. A bit pricy compared to shops ans drivers are not always exactly on time, but great service nevertheless.

This is generally a good service and I appreciate how easy it is and the app is good. It’s all very efficient - I’ve been using it for about three years. However, the pickup/delivery tracking is sometimes out and you can’t rely on the timings. I always make sure it’s a time when I know I’m at home for a two-hour slot, rather than just the designated hour. Customer services don’t seem bothered by this.

Great Service!

Horrible service - laundrapp lost my order so they delayed my delivery on the day . I have chased them for 2 days with no proper response of if they know where my order is or when they can deliver it. I speak to people on the phone who say they will call back with information and they don’t. Do not recommend this service.
