I like the ease of having someone pick up and drop my dry-cleaning from home. Pick up and delivery were both on time. I like the phone calls when they arrive earlier than expected to check that I am home. The drivers have always been courteous and I have had no problems with my dry-cleaning.

Generally good service (have yet to lose a piece of laundry of mine), but very expensive (more than other services) and a persistent refusal to update the app to allow scheduling return delivery for a week after collection (ie collect on Monday, deliver the following Monday. The app is nonsensically limited to deliver max 6 days later?!?). UPDATE going through my linen I’ve come to realise a number of items have gone missing over time, pillow cases part of a set or top sheets and duvet covers. Generally replaced discretely by some standard white item... Never noticed because they would go straight from the bag to the cabinet and the housekeeper then changes the beds. Now I have a wide range of mismatched bed linen. Stopped using them entirely. Not economically worth it.

We've used Laundrapp a few times now - it's always very easy to arrange, and haven't had any problems with pick up or drop off. Reasonable prices, often matching or a few quid cheaper than our local drycleaners (still always worth looking for a discount code!). Would recommend.

Ok service, but it's frequent that my shirts are too wrinkled. Price is also ok, but could be slightly lower to be more competitive. There are gaps in the service, like iron-only for trousers not only shirts. Despite the apparent negative review (not intended as purely negative) I would still recommend it, and for now will continue using their services.

Garments are perfectiy cleaned .even the smallest items are given their own hanger ie belts . The delivery drivers are so polite and helpful.it's a great service and an asset to busy peop!e like my wife and I who have not got the time to drive to a cleaners Many thanks Jean Brennan

I used Zipjet once or twice a month. last week again I went to order via the app and it pointed me to laundapp All ok so far however on receiving my order I have to ask if you are on a different planet to the rest of us as every piece of laundry was in a separate plastic bag !!! Pair of socks - separate bag for each !! Underwear- separate bag for each !! On top of that the whole lot was tied up with a thick plastic tie that had to be cut with scissors! You also failed to leave me with any bag to put washing in as Zipjet used to do ( and that was reusable) I will not be using you service until you can confirm you have a policy to reduce plastic use Jon Cooke

I’ve made 2 orders on Laundrapp and happy both times. Got 2 super king duvets washed, great service, duvets came back nice and clean - happy customer!

I only ever use Launderapp, pick up on time, deliver back to me within the specified chosen times. Arrive with clean ironed clothes or bed clothes. What more could you ask for?
