Seamless service, I just press a couple of buttons on the app, leave my laundry in the bag and it arrives back beautifully washed and ironed. So easy and reliable.

Have used for a long time but had some mistakes with pick ups and deliveries recently since the merger. Also don’t see need for reintroduction of paper tickets and safety clips on each item

Great laundry service with great user friendly app. Delivery and re-delivery always on time. Would like to get more timely updates on reasons why sometime they do not proceed with some of the laundry services.

Finally an App I can trust to pick up and deliver as I schedule. Also like the ad-hoc reminders that the driver will be around and do I want to the advantage of that to schedule a pick up, the offer to pick up without specifying what you are sending as they will sort it out later and the handover a new batch when they come in to deliver. Client focus, which is what it should be about. Recommend.

Ive used Laundrapp for the last few years and recently ive noticed a significant drop in customer service. The last two occasions ive used the service: - The driver failed to turn up - A shirt was lost and not delivered back for over three weeks - Sanj customer service employee dealt with the issues i was having very poorly. Failed to call when scheduled. Scheduled drop offs that were cancelled - incorrectly charged for shirts that i had already prepaid - compensation that was issued was wrongly applied
