I've used Laundrapp quite a few times now and I've never been disappointed with the service or the clean. The team are always friendly and polite (even early in the morning)!!!! I love having my feather and down duvet dry cleaned it always comes back smelling so clean and fresh. Can't ever see a reason not to continue using them.

Used for years, fantastic service - get two high 5s every few weeks and you’re sorted for work or dress shirts. Sometimes the tracking of the driver is a bit off (says they’ll be late then they’re on time or vice versa) but never much of an inconvenience.

Used these guys for the first time this week. Both garments sent back uncleaned. Wool coat sent back worn fluff/ hair all over it and crumbs in the pockets. Other coat had marks and grime on the collar. Found a tissue in the pocket even though they’d taken the time to fasten the pocket. Now trying to get a full refund.

Have busy schedule usually, Laundrapp works every time for weekend pickup and late night deliveries. Very reliable and quality is great. Pricing inline with the street.

Some of my cloths was not completely cleaned but the response from customer service was quick and satisfactory and offered to re-clean for free to solve this.

First time user of LaundrApp and I've been already let down twice. First delivery failed, because someone didn't load the items onto the Van, so no show and I had to actually call them to chase them up about this. They then said we will refund 50% of the order and promised me to deliver it the next day between 09:00 and 10:00. Today is that second day. It's past 10:00, no delivery, no notification, no messages nothing what so ever. I've contacted chat support, phone and e-mail all without response. Only until my 5th attempt to call them someone finally managed to pick up the phone. The employee told me basically the same story as the day before: the items are not loaded on to the van. I told them I need my items today, because I'm traveling tomorrow and I don't like them to hold on to my valuable clothes, especially after having read many of the most recent reviews (all negative ones) on google and trustpilot.The employee said he will call me back with more details and hopefully a solution to get my clothes in today. EDIT1: one hour later, still no call-back or notification. I've tried calling them again now, but without luck -> after being stuck in the waiting line for about 7 minutes you'll be simply cut off with 'unfortunately we can't answer your call, please call us back later'. Utterly frustrating service. EDIT2: Customer care e-mailed me back with the following (so it boils down to a full refund and a third attempt to deliver the items): --- Hello Remon Thank you for contacting us I can confirm the delivery slot was cleared due a system error Please accept my deepest apologies for the inconvenience this will cause you I have booked a delivery for 13/11/2019 => 09:00 - 10:00 As a token of apology a full refund on the order has also been applied Please allow 3-5 working days for the total of £10,25 to reach your account Again I am very sorry If there is anything further we can assist with please do let us know Best regards, --- I've responded that I will come to personally collect my items TODAY and they will need to provide me the location of the facility. EDIT3: so after some back and forths, and some internal fingerpointing, and through contacting staff via Linked-IN they are now trying to find a solution. Let's hope three time's a charm. EDIT 4: The LaundrApp support team came back stating they have yet to hear back from the Facility manager 'with regards to the turnaround with expressing your order'. Once that is confirmed they will contact to advise the earliest delivery time... Option 2: return your order 'unprocessed this evening'. This means they have had 5 days since pick-up to process 5 shirts and a blazer and all they have done is waste resources on support instead of doing their jobs, pick up, clean/iron, return. Back to a 1-star rating with this last update. EDIT 5: They finally rang me up saying that: yes unfortunately due to drivers mistakes your order has not been processed, because the bag wasn't tagged nor checked in by the driver. Apparently it took 5 days to find that out, along with 2 days worth of contacting them about missed delivery slots, and lots of fingerpointing on their behalf internally. The latest 'solution' via phone-call: the clothes are promised to be delivered today between 5pm-6pm, unprocessed (so in exactly the same shape they came in hopefully). No actual work is done on their part when it comes to laundry, many resources wasted on solving nothing. All of this caused quite some stress and headaches for all of us (support/staff/drivers/myself). EDIT6: I've received an e-mail with confirmation of having my unprocessed clothes returned to me between 5-6pm and 2 gift vouchers worth 20 GBP each. Which in a way is a nice gesture, but I can't be bothered going through the stress again of not knowing if they will or will not deliver their promises (at all, or on time). I asked them to call me back when they feel ready to do business professionally again in the future, then I might reconsider. How can something so simple, be turned into something so complex? EDIT7: The promised delivery time slot of 5-6PM has not been met. I've just opened my app to see the expected time of pick-up which currently states 18:39 (I was not made aware of this by them, I have to check everything and chase everything myself it seems). This has brought the rating back down to 1-star. It's absolutely unbelievable. I've asked the support to hand this over to the concierge building so they can at least deliver it tonight. But what a hassle..... P.S. For the Sherlocks among us, do some analysis on the users with all the 'great reviews' about this company. You'll notice some patterns and in many cases multiple 'excellent' reviews from the same users, also in the way LaundrApp responds to different types or ratings of reviews. Don't get fooled by this way above average rating for a company this bad. All I'm saying here is, people, do your own research and come to your own conclusions.

Atrocious Service! It's hard to explain just how bad the service has been from Laundrapp! I've spent over 4 weeks going back and forth with their support team because they have completely lost my 7 work shirts. Considering they have literally one job: pick up your laundry, clean it and return to you - I can't quite believe they have totally lost all my shirts! Worse, they first said it was my fault and they hadn't picked them up. They are now saying they will compensate me, but at a reduced amount based on "wear and tear" of the shirts. So not only am I 7 shirts down, I'm also going to be out of pocket all because they lost my shirts . What awful service!

Driver ignored address details and was roaming around without even calling me. Suits and coat were returned full of hair (seemed like cats hair) Price was okay if we considering home collection and delivery Delivery was delayed for 3hrs I won't be using again
