Zipjet was fantastic - again like everyone else - since the merger they have been horrific. Like everyone else, missed pick ups, deliveries, and was topped off by "losing" a new expensive designer jumper. Ill go a step further than the rest, and say that I suspect items are being stolen. I have also messaged a couple of the investors on LinkedIn with a response so hopefully something changes here. In the meantime, I have switched to LaundryHeap... and it is excellent

Saudi Arabia | 06 November 2019When it works it’s fine, but when the driver decides he wants to go home so just stops delivering without any notice and there is no one to talk to, then next morning the support cannot contact the depot and so cannot rearrange delivery and you have to fly off to the Middle East without any suits it gets quite depressing. As days have passed they still have not told me what’s going on and if I will ever get my suits. To be honest it is shocking and no one has contacted me about it, it’s like they do not even see a problem. Shocking service.

United Kingdom | 04 November 2019I used to use this service a lot, but I've noticed a steady decline since the beginning of the year. While looking for other players in the market I've found out that they merged with some other company. I guess that explains it. I can't compare with other services as of now. But after getting severe delays on the delivery times (even a straight up cancel) and increased prices I'm looking elsewhere. Even little things like they used to have this adhesive barcode to mark your laundry, which I enjoyed, they've now changed to piercing my clothes with a safety pin.

Tonight, they tried to give me another man’s clothes, and I am now without my suit for my best friend’s funeral tomorrow. I found my shirts attached to another man’s clothes in the delivery van. The driver is always kind and helpful. But I am at a loss without my suit for tomorrow’s funeral - it’s adds significant stress to an already very sad time.

The prices are high and worth it for the convenience you thought. Well we all thought wrong. Incident 1.1 Missing pillow case (silk, damn expensive, only thing that keeps my skin flare-up free) Never found dispute me sending pictures Incident 1.2 Sent a men’s XXXL cotton T-shirt instead of a size 8 women cashmere wool top Found and sent back after I sent pictures Incident 2.1 Delivery not made on day. No communication Delivery rescheduled without communication Incident 2.2 Delivery not made I reschedule and I call. Customer Services nice enoug, explains merger and system issues. I sympathise given I’m an IT gal. Promise of discount Incident 2.3 Delivery not made Incident 2.4 Delivery finally made a week later with no discount off the bill Incident 3.1 Duvet and pillows collected for allergy clean up All Returned with covers on, and no evidence they had been washed as I could tell Whole set of bedding and towels and clothes missing Yet charged my card for all of the above. Customer services “technical difficulties may take 3 days to respond”

Having spent a lot of money on the app, I noticed that the prices have radically gone up since the merger, and I’ve had a missed collection, some of my buttons missing/broken. I tried contacting the support team for information about the missed collection to no avail. My order was cancelled once the expected delivery was passed with no message, no update, no response despite repeated contact attempts. I checked trustpilot before re-attempting, and reading the reviews below, I can see that I am not the only one to experience that, and that it’s not worth giving it another try.

United Kingdom | 22 October 2019I received a notification saying my payment method had failed and to enter a new one, I thought this was strange as I am a regular user of this app. After multiple attempts with multiple cards it appears that there maybe a technical issue with the app. Having got no response to my email or on the phone I got through to someone on their online chat who has told that they can not arrange delivery until the technical team has resolved the issue and won’t give any timescale for when this could be. Apparently for security reasons they can not take payment via any other method so I am left without my shirts. You would have thought as a regular customer they would have returned my laundry while sorting the payment after or give me another option to make payment. Such a shame as I won’t be able to trust this service again incase the same thing happens.
