I bought the NUANCE PLANTRONICS USB HEADSET. The customer service was outstanding! It was a backorder on the headset when I place the order. After the order was confirmed, I emailed them and asked about est of delivery. I received an email within 24 hours giving me an update, then emailed me to tell me that it was in and they're shipping it out, confirmed after that it was shipped.Also followed up aferwards ( what business does that these days). I ordered at the best price that I saw online. Since the work at home issue came about everyone was ordering the headsets to be able to work at home; some companies were price gouging, charging double same amount for shipping. SHOPBLT were the best price and free shipping! Only place shop in my opinion, again I appreciated their due diligence!!!

Having purchased the ATEN CS1942DP KVM switch, and deciding to mount it in a rack, I needed the new 2X-045G rack mount kit. I went to my main sources, and ATEN only to find it was either not available or not sold there. I found it at BLT at a reasonable price ordered it online. I received a order email and very shortly after, a receipt with a link to view the status of the order. It was very clear and I could use the tracking number to track my order. The order arrived in a reasonable time and undamaged. I would use BLT again, if the opportunity arises.

I ordered masks over a month ago from their site when they were indicated as having a one week delivery date. They then pushed back the delivery date three times and now cancelled the order. BUY FROM THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Fraudulent advertising of delivery dates, and then horrible customer service.
