United States | 25 July 2020I had ordered from another vendor that was listing about 10% cheaper but never shipped. So after 6 wks I reported to my CC bank and found the item with this seller. What a dramatic difference! I got updates on each step they were taking and I had my item in 3 business days!! A cheaper price is meaningless if you can't deliver. But BLT delivers!

United States | 22 July 2020I back ordered a Corsair SF750 Platinum for a discounted price vs. hundreds over retail like all the big name sites (Amazon, NewEgg, etc). I had to wait a few months, but ShopBLT kept me informed at every step. Their prices are fair and customer service is superior. I prefer to wait and get a better price from a trusted retailer. I recommend ShopBLT. Six stars for sure!

United States | 19 July 2020I was skeptical about using this website at first due to the old fashioned look. I came over to this website and read good reviews about it so I made a purchase. My item was currently out of stock(i9-10900k). If you read, you should have known this. I could check back at their “real time availability” section whenever I wanted and it would give me a breakdown of when the ETA was. I was very pleased with the service and the way the company set-up preorders. Although the website was great so far, I did have to end up cancelling my order. My part got pushed back too far and I found my part available for next day shipping from another vendor(not their fault AT ALL. This is Intel’s problem and I don’t see a reason to take off a star from this company’s review). I would 100% recommended this company for the service/communication and for the prices. I found my part for extremely cheap! I really wish I could have received the part from them to make this review perfect but you can’t help Intel when it comes to getting products out fast enough. This was definitely a great experience and I will definitely use this vendor again. That being said, please read before you buy because I know some people will complain about ETA’S. It is not their fault so just read!

United States | 18 July 2020Pro: Prices are fair on items offered through this distributor and doesn't have the typical price gouging seen on other sites. Cons: Very slow to get stock on high demand items. Original order date 6/4/20, original estimated restock 06/14/20. Changed estimated restock 06/19/20, actual ship date 06/27/20. Very slow RMA process if choosing 'Hold until defective item received' RMA opened 07/2/20, shipped 07/3/20, verified received 07/08/20. Told I must wait a full 15 days from date received to see any status update on RMA when contacted on 07/16/20. RMA Status page does not track date defective item received, date defective item catalogued, or give reason why full 15 days must be waited on. RMA status page does not track if they have held any received stock so it can be sent out immediately upon being notified they received the defective item in their catalogue. Changes I would like to see that would improve rating: 1. Update RMA process to include why it is necessary to wait the full 15 days before a replacement will be sent out on received defective items. 2. Change RMA status page to include date defective item is received, to be updated within 1 day of verified receiving via UPS tracking number. 3. Change RMA status page to include if replacement stock is being held to send out immediately upon verified receiving of defective item in catalogue to remove further delays in the process. Reason: Due to a defective motherboard I got, I ended up having to RMA my CPU as well through the manufacture since by the time I got the motherboard I was past the distributors 30 day policy. I sent both items to each location on the same day and they had to travel the same distance, were received at each location on the same day. In less than 10 days I have my replacement CPU, was updated each step of the way of when the got the part, when they were done verifying it was still covered under warranty, and when they shipped it. In the case of the defective motherboard I had to contact BLTShop customer care to get an update only to get a confusing response saying they hadn't had verified receipt of the defective item yet. Then after a second email with the tracking information showing they had received it that I had to wait the full 15 days before I would see any status update. They also couldn't tell me if they held onto one from available stock they received since RMA was opened, or answer if I would be waiting longer after the 15 day wait meaning this entire process will take nearly 3 months or longer from the date I initially order it, got a defective item, returned, and get a replacement back. While I am happy with the pricing, the overall speed in which their process works, and accuracy of process is less than satisfactory and could use improvement. In response to below: "For clarity, it isn't 15 days and isn't a required wait period. It can take -up to- 15 business days......during this pandemic." Your being compared to similar industry distributors I have dealt with during this pandemic. Out of all parts I have ordered to include Ram, CPU (High Demand item), Case, Power Supply (very high demand item), Mother board (Very High Demand item), Graphics card (Very High Demand Item), NVMe, SSD, and HDD storage your company has taken exponentially longer to get parts from. In fact, parts from only you has taken 2-3 times longer than other distributors of similar parts. Therefor this is a fair review comparison. Additionally, other reviews have verified that you have had this slower than average processing/shipping as far back as 2015, so again is a fair comparison for review rating. "This is always the case and does reflect exactly that with ...... inventory arrives. " This did not address the problem with which I brought up. The issue is, that this process states I must wait until you have verified the Hold replacement is back in inventory and catalogue before you will physically hold the replacement stock -and- will result in a further delay should this not occur by the time the next stock is depleted meaning additional wait period. It is far more effective to hold the replacement part pending your review to shorten the process. If found not to meet requirements then that item can be reversed to other orders for same item. Final response: "Untrue. This site is replete with people praising our fast processing." This site, possibly, but this is not the only review site. Much like shopping around is important, getting reviews from multiple sources is as well, but this is now splitting hairs. "Yes, it did. What you're stating is inaccurate and confusing." According to what I said and your response is how it was interpreted. Again, your status page does not accurately show this. Also I did contact you prior to this review via email. This review is based on that interaction.

United States | 08 July 2020I ordered a computer motherboard and it was shipped without an outer box! And the mobo box itself was not sealed. Who knows if the mobo fell out during transports. While the prices are cheaper than others, the way they handle shipping makes any purchase RISKY! I would not deal with this vendor again because of this. -- 07/14/2020 UPDATE -- Since posting my initial review, ShopBLT has reached out numerous times and have really tried to resolve the issue. They have reached out to the ASUS to see if they can drop ship me a new mobo directly. Still waiting on some system parts to test out the initial mobo.

Days before second delay my order was estimated as arriving 2 weeks before the website claimed other orders were arriving at the same location. Only a small handful of the same preorders were placed after I had placed mine and all were at the only location with any available preorders left. Once my second estimate passed the new estimate changed to the same estimate 2 week later estimate displayed on the website. Not happy with this type of inaccuracy nor with customer services response to negative feedback, which is basically to pass the buck on to the manufacturers, carriers and consumers. Having hard to obtain products, estimated delivery dates and preorder numbers available seemed like a positive but doesn't appear to mean much to the consumer as delays can be weeks at a time or longer and might not even reflect the more current information displayed on the websites product page. Edit 09/27:. Ordered delayed several more times, thousands of extra per order slots made available in that time. Earliest ETA is October. Twice updates in September claimed an earlier date followed by a later date. Let's see if we can make it 6 months Update: 11/13/20. Here we are. Almost 6 months later and this product is still being left up for preorder. You have to wonder at which point they'd decide to at least stop posting the clearly inaccurate estimates on this particular product. Sarcasm from customer service is also why this review will stay as 1 star. Some of the replies to other customers are downright atrocious and they report any negative comments which takes weeks to get reapproved by trust pilot if at all. Edit2 11/13/2020. As stated shopblt reports any negative comments and did it to mine now for a second time despite it not containing anything that breaks the rules. This product has been listed for almost 6 months and delayed at least a dozen times or more, in this time shopblt has actually opened MORE preorders despite the fact that no products were ever shipped.

Shipment came in early and microwave sent in mail with great tracking. I knew exactly when to expect my delivery. Great price on microwave!

ETA on products sometimes change but my product eventually came. I recommend ShopBLT just read before you purchase.

United States | 30 June 2020I recently purchased an incredibly capable tower system but it had only two USB 3.2 g1 slots- on the front. I also bought an Oculus Rift S that needed one of them and I hated to lose an easily accessible port as well as contort the Rift's video and data cables to make it work. This is the perfect solution. Got it for a great price (saw others for well over what I paid) and it shipped quickly from within the US (I've been waiting almost two months for some parts from China to get here). Also, it was easy to install (it needs to be powered to get the full use of it but most power supplies have extra sources) and keeping it in line with the video cable will keep both my Rift cables from getting kinked.

When you purchase an out-of-stock item, ShopBLT will show how many they expect to receive, when they expect to receive it, and where you are in the waiting list. This is information that other sellers do not share, and they update it in real time if shipments change or are delayed. This info is very valuable when trying to buy hard-to-find or high-demand items, such as computer power supplies during a pandemic. I was skeptical at first, but ShopBLTs information was completely accurate in my case. They received the item from China exactly when they said they would, and shipped it to me immediately. My power supply works as expected; no problems.
