My experience with ShopBLT was excellent. There were a couple of hold-ups on the order, and these were for good reasons. I ordered a television just after moving. The day of my order, I got a message from Stephanie letting me know that the order could not be processed because my credit card company was unfamiliar with my new address, which was true and I appreciate the added security measure. I updated my credit card and that issue went away, but it turned out shipping costs were going to be more than originally estimated (the item could not be shipped by standard shipping) so Stephanie reached out again the same day I had responded to the first issue to ensure that I was okay with a higher shipping charge. While the charge was a good bit more, it was appropriate for the shipping needs and I gave the okay. The product arrived within a few days, works great, and was half the price of a new one! I have already recommended the site to a colleague who is looking to purchase a similar item. Excellent product options, order process, and follow-through. Thank you Stephanie and the ShopBLT team.

First, these guys are for real. Second, they can get the good stuff that's hard to find elsewhere. Third, for their philosophy for scheduling and logistics is to make pessimistic promises and delightful delivery. I was looking for a hard-to-find ASUS X299 SAGE WS motherboard, and three places came up in my search: one I've dealt with and would not do so again, another was English -challenged, and the third was the funky-named BLT Systems, which didn't look like they spent much money on updating their web pages to the web-tech-of-the-month, and sold some crochet stuff in addition to electronics (I suppose this is also true of Amazon) - but at least looked like an operation run by real people who answer phones and might actually care about service. And then ... they had a place where I could check the inventory and supply chain regarding my part, and I saw what they spend their IT budget on: a very impressive inventory and supplier tracking system that is open for me to see. The tracking system supported their claims of where the parts were and what time frame I could expect. I placed my order, got a confirmation along with a polite note explaining that they don't work weekends but they would be on it Monday, and ... I got my mobo a week ahead of the original promised date, for a good price. So, overall a top-notch experience: B L T is old fashioned in areas where that is a good quality to have, and they are very high tech in areas where they need to be. I will be back.
