Item arrived in great condition and speedy delivery

I ordered a plugable displaylink dock. Within a few days of using the dock its HDMI port stopped working. They will not accept return without the original box it came in. So now I am stuck with this $300 faulty device. Worst place to buy any electronics. Edit: Replying to ShopBLT.com's comment Yes, I barely missed my 30 days return date. I would have returned the faulty product if I was able to return it without the box it came in. I can understand I need the original box if I am returning a working product. But, for a faulty one I should be able to return it without the box. Other online store like Amazon and Target do accept returns without the original product box (atleast for the faulty products). I reached out to Plugable to get this replaced, but they told they don't cover products from "unauthorized third-party retailer". So, now I am stuck with a ~$300 dock that doesn't work. Edit: Thank you ShopBLT for agreeing to help out with replacing the dock. I have created RMA for the product.

Buying from BLT was a little bit of an experience. Looking through the reviews over the last few months and dated website layout, I was practically certain that BLT was a scam website. Their prices and span of inventory seemed too good to be true. Firstly I contacted customer support, and to my surprise they actually answered, so I figured the company must actually exist. Next I went to the "wayback machine" (a website that tracks other websites over time) and sure enough their website had existed since 1991. And it looks pretty much the same. At this point I was ready to test the waters and ordered a i3-12100f. Best buy and Newegg sell the same cpu for $139 and they were out of stock, whereas BLT sells it for just $95 plus the shipping was free. One week later there it was on my porch. I would say 90% of the reviews on BBB are from people who purchased a GPU but didn't get it because of the shortage and then left a bad review. Everything that you would find on a normal retail site you might find on BLT for less. So, the moral of the story here is don't listen to butt hurt scalpers do your self a favor and get it from BLT. My only complaint is that the website difficult to navigate through and if you don't have an exact thing in mind that you want to purchase then it would be hard to find, but overall, for the price, product, and service I received, "10/10 would recommend."

Great price and service; it was nice keeping track of the warehouse inventory via the site. It was always clear when to expect my order. I also love that they are earnest about fraud, which helps keep the prices competitive. I will be ordering again!

I ordered two sets of HyperX Predator 16GB 4266MHZ memory (HX442C19PB3K2/16) from ShopBLT. Why? They were the only ones on the whole accessible Internet that had them for MSRP. Two sets was cheaper with them than one set from other sellers. I was weirded out at their way of doing business, but decided to go ahead with the order. They had to order straight from the manufacturer, so there was going to be a decent wait. Well, everything happened smoothly and professionally. I got exactly five e-mails from order until delivery. It took a month to arrive, but all the ETAs they gave me were accurate. I'd definitely order from them again even if they still use an old-school ordering approach, plus they ask you for pictures of your card and deposit a small amount on your account you have to disclose to them for verification.

I'm very glad I found this place online while searching for an item that bigger sellers didn't have in stock. The clunky website and widespread negative reviews may seem detractive, but my overall experience buying from them was very positive. Service was swift and *very* transparent, which I really appreciate when purchasing things over the internet from lesser known places. I hope this blurb helps push the place's online reputation in a better direction, as it deserves.

I was very fortunate to find this Item in stock and at a great price. Blt processed and shipped promptly. I know during this time GPUs are difficult to find and BLT doesn't take advantage of customers. Would recommend BLT to anyone. Even if you have to be patient.

I had never heard of ShopBLT.com before, but they had the cheapest price for the monitor stand I was looking for, and, unlike several other better-known sites, they had it in stock. Don't be fooled by the archaic-looking website, the business is legit, and the prices and customer service are great! I will definitely purchase from them again.

Lowest price available. Would have preferred boxed version, but availability was uncertain and other reviews had mixed experiences with out of stock promise dates. Un boxed CPU worked and I was able to use a cooler and video card (CPU does not have integrated video) I had on hand. Shipping took about 5 days.

I ordered a large OLED panel and had an excellent shopping experience. The price was great, it shipped the next day from the distributor, and arrived today in perfect condition. There were no hidden large "insurance" fees that appeared after checkout -- the price included eventhing, even delivery for an unwieldy item. I only had to pay an additional $65 fee for liftgate service since my home doesn't have a loading dock... Something I've noticed in negative reviews -- be aware that prices for out-of-stock items aren't guaranteed as they're basically holding your place in line for new stock. If you need a guarantee in advance, order stuff that's in-stock. It's all disclosed on the purchase page, but there is a lot of text.
