United States | 24 August 2011These guys are fantastic! I bought 2 items from them in the last 3 years. The first was a laptop hard drive that was very hard to find. Their transparent inventory system and quality customer service team made that backorder experience the best I've had. Recently I just ordered a large AV Rack / Media Cabinet that needed to be shipped freight. BLT does not mess around - their product pricing was excellent and the freight costs were much less than I was expecting. Communication with the sales team via email was prompt and I am just so pleased with how everything went. Thanks so much!

After waiting almost 2months for another online retailer to ship a Sanus wall mount, I finally canceled that order and found the same wall mount at shopblt.com for a little more. As soon as I placed my order during off, early morning hours, their warehouse supply table on the products website indicated one less item in stock. The the end of Tuesday, I received notice that it had shipped along with a tracking number. It arrived Friday in perfect condition. I will be using this retailer agan.

United States | 10 June 2010Apparently, a lot of these people haven't actually asked for help. I ordered a Sanus table that UPS broke before it got here. I called BLT and they told me to fill out a form online. I did that, and they shipped me a replacement, AND gave me a label to have the damaged item picked up. It didn't cost me anything extra and they did everything they said they would. Also, real people answer their phones, and they respond to email almost instantly. Great prices, great service, great company.
