This was the first time I used ShopBLT.com. I do a lot of online shopping, especially Amazon and eBay. The item I was searching for (Ubiquity wireless AP) was entirely out of stock everywhere. ShopBLT had the item in stock before Amazon and the price difference was $23 at the time. I took my time and read all the disclaimers on ShopBLT. Nothing seemed unreasonable for an honest shopper so I went for it. The checkout experience was straight forward. I got a summary of my order at the end and an email about 15 minutes later with the same information. That made it easy to check on the shipping status. I ordered on a Monday and the product arrived on Friday. No complaints about that.

The item I ordered was on back order. I knew this going in. What's amazing is their site shows you actual quantity of items on back order (by other customers) and quantity on order from vendor and an estimated ETA. What other website give you this information? This feature alone is impressive. Once you place the order, you get regular emails from them if there is any change in back order status, such as a change in ETA from vendor (which is out of ShopBLT.com's control). This proactive service of keeping you informed is rare. With most other internet shopping sites, if you order something not in stock, you have no idea how long you will be waiting, and you must email them and ask for an update. But ShopBLT proactively updated me, which I really appreciate. On top of all that, their prices are good, and I didn't pay sales tax in CA.

My experience with this company was horrible. Some emails were answered promptly while others went unanswered. Service was very disappointing. I originally ordered an Intel processor that had an expected ship date of 10 days. My order had been delayed three times and I waited over a month and the item was still not expected to be shipped for another 15 days. Their ETA's are not accurate and I would avoid this company like the plague. The only thing they were good at was advertising low prices.

I purchased a hard to find item (i5-6600k CPU in December of 2015) with only 1 in stock, received an email it would be back-ordered, then another email hours later reporting it was being shipped that day. Besides this minor hiccup and FedEx's slow tracking updates (made worse by holiday season I think), it was a smooth transaction. The item was 5% less than anywhere else online at the time, Newegg and Amazon included. Stephanie responded to my disgruntled email (regarding tracking updates and confusion over my previously received emails) promptly, and was courteous and professional. In hindsight, I sent that email mostly because I was a first time shopper and didn't know what to expect. I will consider BLT when deal shopping in the future.

I read some reviews about this company, which were overwhelmingly positive, because I had never heard of them. If you're like me, and trying to decide if this is a reputable retailer, I can tell you from experience that they're one of the best I've dealt with!!

I'm always concerned when I use an online vendor for the first time - especially one that has received wildly divergent reviews. ShopBLT.com had recieved many glowing, nearly ecstatic reviews and also reviews that damned it to the darkest corners of hell - but nothing in the middle. So I took a chance and placed an order. I must say that I'm with the former crew: Pricing was excellent, ordering was simple, feedback was quick and informative and my purchase arrived earlier than expected!

I ordered six cables and they were in stock and were shortly shipped to me. The price was reasonable compared to some other vendors that wanted as much as $40.00 more for the same cable. Since I was ordering six it made sense to buy here. I am entirely satisfied with the service and materials I received from ShopBLT. It would have been nice though to have the option of "free shipping" as my order was over $300 and weighed about one Lb.

I recently ordered the newly released Core I7 6700K. New*** and Ama*** were both selling this processor only bundled with other hardware that brought the total price to $600 or more. I watched ShopBLT's real time availability for several days, then I saw that their Illinois warehouse had 12 in stock. I scored the CPU for less than Intel's suggested retail. I deduct one star because UPS "Ground Innovations" service is absolutely TERRIBLE. The shipping from Illinois to Michigan (a 4 hour drive) took more than a week. No fault of ShopBLT - but please offer regular UPS Ground, and you will truly be 5 stars!

I never thought I'd find a shopping site that would trump Amazon.com. ShopBLT.com keeps excellent records of what is in stock and, if back ordered, they provide an expected in stock date. When shopping for the new Intel i7 6700k processor, i found price gouging everywhere except ShopBLT. When I saw my item was in stock, I placed an order and within minutes I had an order confirmation and received my item within a week and a half. Item was packaged very well and worked wonderfully in my new system.

I was contacted by BLT customer service when I typo'd the expiration date on my credit card. They emailed me right away about the problem. I was able to correct it and my order was processed and shipped that same day.

500W ATV/UTV/Jetski Snowmobile Sound System - Bought this speaker for my daughter's 4-wheeler. We mounted it to her front rack and she loves it. The sound is great - I can hear her coming before I can see her. The only complaint is the black carry case that you put your phone/ipod in to protect it is small for her Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and she has to put it in a different bag. However, the speaker is awesome!!
