We went to a holiday party, & on the way in, my "mini" crock pot fell to the sidewalk & broke! When we got inside, our hostess had a brand new crock pot that she offered to use for my appetizer. It was chevron print in "my color!" Grey! It was seriously the cutest thing I'd ever seen. PLUS...it is oval shaped. So, great for a small roast or a chicken. But PERFECT for appetizers! I known about ShopBLT for a while but never ordered anything from this site. I was ready to buy a new printer, Lexmark CX510dthe and BLT had it in stock and cheaper than many other places. I placed my order and had my printer in hand with in 4 days. Good place to buy office equipment.

The item we ordered was delivered promptly and the price we paid was far cheaper than any other site or store. The item was delivered slightly damaged BUT this was not the company's fault nor the shippers. After reading online reviews this was a manufacturer packaging issue and occurs to a huge portion of the items. I was able to correct the issue and the item worked fine so I didn't have a need to return the item. I knew if I ordered another one that the same issue would most likely occur again, so it was not worth the troubles. I did not use the customer service so I do not have any ratings for them. The item was delivered quickly and the price could not be beat. I would recommend giving this site a chance to anyone.
