United States | 20 January 2021DISCLAIMER: I know that they will copy and paste a scripted response saying that 'they have no control over inventory or prices'. TLDR: They have delayed my shipment 4 times now (which I was okay with... I suppose). But the real kicker is that they also rose the price by over 15% of what it was when I put in the pre-order. There is no way a 'manufacturer' raises the price by over 15% after you put in an order. I would not buy from here. Will be reporting to the BBB and they can explain/prove to them that the "manufacturer" changed the price on their invoice. RESPONSE 1: I will delete this review if you guys are able to deliver on the (now) specified delivery date. (2nd week of February). I am still unhappy that you increased the price by over 15% of the original price and would appreciate it if you kept the price consistent. RESPONSE 2: Ironic that you copied and pasted the exact same scripted response that you do over and over again right after you guys delayed shipment of the goods for another month (for the fifth time now). Surely a manufacturer gives you an invoice prior to the agreement / shipping of paid for goods? The fact that you tried to get my review removed speaks for itself. Hope your reputation was worth the lack of transparency. Word gets around quick now ShopBLT Sandwich Shop RESPONSE 3: I definitely responded with proof of purchase... otherwise this review wouldn't still be up. You're making yourself look rather... unprofessional right now. Why would I waste my time ranting about a random shop about some random item ? United States | 19 January 2021While I see what many people are complaining about, you have to approach your criticism from a different way. I was able to order a GPU from this site even though they were out of stock. However the downside of that is that you expect the package earlier than later, which is not the case with this website. And I will make it clear, that that is completely fine. That being said, I wish they would give you and estimated time until arrival instead of their “ETA” which ends up being very inaccurate. A nice thing is that they have decent customer service. I sent and email to them regarding my order number and got a response within a couple hours. They also allow you to cancel an order if you pre order it which can come in handy for what I suggest you use this website for. I’ve seen responses to some people’s complaints. And I get where they are coming from, however I think they do need to address that whatever manufacturer they have is unreliable. Yes, it says that the “ETA” is not always right, but that doesn’t mean you make loopholes so that you can delay things even more. So yes, they do say that it might take more time, but I still think that area lacks in customer service because of how unreliable their estimated time is. That being said, just be patient and you’ll be fine. Right now, I have pre ordered an RTX 2060, it’s “ETA” is somewhere around 3 weeks I believe. What I would suggest you do, is pre order from this website, and if you find a good deal on another website, snipe it and just cancel your order from ShopBLT. It’s as easy as that. Sign up for email notifications from Newegg and B&H so that you can immediately buy there. Overall, this website is reliable, but just about what I expected from a not as well known retailer. And that’s completely ok!! If you don’t want to worry about time, I would not recommend this place. If you don’t care, then I would highly recommend!

United States | 15 January 2021This site isn't worth it. I'm sure if I waited a year for my item it would eventually ship, but they don't know how to do preorders. I preordered the HP Reverb G2 VR Headset and an RTX 3080. Both of them showed up as backordered which is fine, however, they just keep pushing their ETA date further back. They claim that it's a manufacture issue, however, I went on the manufactures website for the VR headset and was able to get one instantly. The only reason I was willing to keep order through ShopBLT was because of the price, however, there pricing doesn't mean anything because they can change it on you at any time. That was the issue with the graphics card and why I cancelled it. With the graphics card, I waited weeks after preordering for them to, once again, keep pushing the date further back. Then I randomly get an email that my order is now going to be $110 extra after waiting all this time?? No thanks. They had hundreds of preorders yet those numbers never get fulfilled and the preorders continue to increase. I was about 900 in line, so I knew I would wait a while, then dates kept getting pushed back and the preorders kept increasing. If you don't have the inventory to ship out, stop taking preorders, it's not that hard. They will probably write back to me saying I don't have access to their inventory, but I don't need it if it's true that it's "Real Time" tracking on your site. In all, I cancelled both orders and if anyone has anything on here, don't hold your breath because it probably will never ship or just take a year. Cancelled both of my items and have never been happier. Sure I'm back on the search for a card, but at least I won't get price gouged or delayed any more. Edit: What type of low class company flags all negative reviews just to make themselves look better? ShopBLT. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. You will have better luck walking into a store and finding a graphics card then these people trying to ship to you. They take preorders but they are basically just people like us trying to get our hands on cards as well. They’re not a legit company with inventory. If anything, they are part of the price gouging people that are out there. Avoid!

United States | 14 January 2021Preordered a RTX 3060ti on 12/27 for $440 and was told that it would arrive to warehouse on 1/5/21. I then get an email stating that the card would arrive on 1/12/21, and finally today I get another email stating that the card would now arrive to the warehouse on 1/19 but the price would increase to 615.00. Also, they include something about that the pre-order price is not locked in and change. Honestly that is pretty deceptive practice. They also say state that they never mark up, but that just does not make sense. I understand that the demand is high, but other retailers are still selling at MSRP prices. I have lost respect for ShopBLT, and I will never make another purchase here.

United Kingdom | 11 January 2021I've recently preordered the Aorus 3060 ti from ShopBLT, and have recommended it to a lot of friends of mine, however, unfortunately, questions of legitimacy have been raised by many of them due to the website design and the main page not being secure. Also, my product has been delayed for just under a month now, however I understand that because it is a preorder, it is not ShopBLT's responsibility. Overall, the site offers a great way to get your hands on out-of-stock, high demand items such as graphics cards and the 5600x CPU. Without it, I'd be stuck with my trusty little 1050 ti. Haha!

United States | 09 January 2021Although I haven't actually purchased a product from this website, just reading the reviews already made me decide this truly is a legitimate website. The 1 star reviews are absolutely hilarious to read, as of many of them kept complaining of "waiting too long" despite the fact the terms and conditions CLEARLY states that shipping dates are not guaranteed. The most mind-blowing thing about these reviews is how BLT responds! I am absolutely stunned on how every time some dimwit decides to make a lame review, BLT responds considerate and precise in a professional way. I know this isn't really a review, but I just wanna help them out, and plus I might purchase the Rx 5700 xt from them, so maybe I will write a actual review for them. Keep up the good work BLT!

BLT had the video card on backorder for $50 less than an actual vendor... and could conceivably get it to me a week earlier - so I ordered. Vendor #2 is now backordered 4-6 weeks, and BLT says "sorry - we screwed the pooch... see if there is something else on our site". I assume it is incompetence rather than purposeful - as there isn't much business model in accepting orders and cancelling them later. Per their reply: I said it seemed like a scam. I didn't lose my money... I was clear. I pre-ordered the product, and as many have found... they promised what couldn't be delivered. I am just warning people that they seem to have a habit of massively overpromising and often failing to deliver. If you order from them, order from other vendors too... you will be paying the other vendors price most likely... I have to laugh. Everybody says they attack every review they don't like, so I was careful not to go at them hard, but gloves off... I won't look at this again, they aren't worth my time

United States | 29 December 2020ShopBLT is THE BEST! I'm so happy right now! I needed a new videocard ASAP but all the new RTX 3000 series is out of stock everywhere. I found ShopBLT and I was able to backorder a new Asus RTX 3060 TI from them and within a week it already arrived at their warehouse and shipped to me! I couldn't believe it, ShopBLT really came through for me and has one of the coolest ordering processes. I originally placed 3 different backorders to see which one would come in first (because they don't charge you card until they actually ship which is great!) and the one I really wanted, the ASUS one, showed up only 1 day after the scheduled ETA so the ETA was basically on point. ShopBLT has just made a customer for life because they were the ONLY place that would accept backorders AND the ordering process was exactly how they said it would be. Just wanted to say thanks to everyone at ShopBLT and I highly recommend them especially if you are looking for the hard to find computer parts! Everyone at ShopBLT really made my Christmas great! - Nick L.

United States | 27 December 2020This website needs to learn to stop selling pre-orders for graphics cards that won't get to them for months on end. Had my order pushed out 3 separate times (12/14 to 12/25 to 2/2). A pre-order is something that you purchase to have at a certain time of release. STOP SELLING PRE-ORDERS if you have no idea when you will have the item. You are selling a glorified spot in line and you won't even tell people what spot they are in.

United States | 04 December 2020I've been ordering from these people for a while then back to back I had very bad experiences. ISSUE 1 - I was simply trying to find out why they chose to do something specific way with my order as it seemed suspicious. They flat out scolded me for asking. Who treats a customer like that? ISSUE 2 - Then I pre-ordered a router. Bought and paid for. I waited in line (virtual) for a long time. But I picked them and was sticking with it. When it came time to ship they demanded I pay an extra $58 for my item or cancel and go somewhere else. For something like this with pre-orders backed up for months going somewhere else is a horrible option. I will never do business with them again. I get they have blanket statement policies that put them not at fault for any price changes but the thing is they know what those prices will be BEFORE they get the product. There isn't some guy in a warehouse opening pallets only to shockingly discover a huge shipment of product they received is 20% more than they agreed on. To spring this information on the customer when it's time to ship is a horrible business practice. Especially since NO ONE ELSE I do business with does this. Plus with the Nvidia RTX series being released I quickly discovered they are much higher in price than everyone else and now as I type this I can see they are higher than everyone else with the new AMD GPUs. So mix in the added frustration in doing business with them and it's just not worth it.
