My experience started at in October at the Northgate Location. I went in with my sister and we looked at the selection of rings on hand. All of them were beautiful but I was wanting something custom. After looking I went home and got on the website. I started asking what multiple design questions and had a very hard time visualizing what I really wanted. I did not feel that I was getting any expert advice or help in assisting me with understanding what I wanted or how to even start on designing my own ring. So I went to the Belleuvue location. The same thin happened there, I was basically on my own with learning how to design what I wanted with out even knowing what I wanted. Eventually I just picked a ring they already had and picked out a stone I liked. When the cast was made I tried it on and knew it wasnt for me. So we decided to try again. After a few more weeks of looking and asking for images of rings with slight alterations to what they had on stock I decided to go with a simple round/domed shiny band. I had been very specific with what I wanted and told the jeweler what I wanted and that my fiance would be in to purchase it soon. A few weeks later when he proposed, he had a flat square band that was not at all what I wanted. This was in March. It was very upsetting after spending several months in and out of the stores that I felt alone in designing my ring and especially when I received the ring I did. The jeweler we were working with was not even the associate that my partner spoke with when he purchased my ring. I was very specific with the domed high gloss band and my partner even told the associate i wanted a domed band. So we did take it back in to get the domed band. We also customized the prongs to appear like petals. I had a picture of what I wanted and when the drawing from the designer was sent out to me it was not what I wanted. So we met up again and finally, what I thought, were on the same page. However when I received the ring, it still is not exactly what I want. It is beautiful, but not what I imagined. And after all the time I put in with Greenlake and the different associates I have worked with I was tired of coming to them and not having an understanding. So why I do like my ring and it is beautiful, it is not exactly what I wanted and it is a custom ring. The breaks in communication and expectations I had with a custom shop were not met. I do think the associates were nice and the jewelry is very nice however I will not be getting my wedding band or my partners band from here.

Process was simple and I got to design the perfect engagement ring. The ring is beyond gorgeous and am excited to wear it everyday. The price for having a custom made ring was also stellar, I don’t know anywhere else where you can do that.

We arrived together to choose an engagement ring. The place itself is beautiful and unique, the collections are very interesting and different though they can customize anything. Vinh who helped us was incredible. He was very friendly, personal, responsive and patient. We found the perfect ring and we would definitely recommend this place :)

My Mokume wedding band is a fabulous piece of custom jewelry, and my experience working with Green Lake Jewelry was fantastic. Vinh, our GLJ designer, was friendly, warm, and professional in his efforts to help us understand the unique methods and technique of Mokume. The ring itself was crafted by James Binnion who is clearly an expert in this Mokume artform. This ring is the unique, beautiful, and skillfully crafted wedding band I was looking for.The reason we walked into GLJ in the first place is because we wanted a personal relationship with the artist. And while we've not met James Binnion yet, we do hope to meet him and thank him for this beautiful ring. Thanks, Vinh, for all your good help in making this happen.

What a tremendous experience. Ashley and her team were so pleasant and helpful as we designed a special ring for our 50th anniversary. The ring turned out beautiful and was finished a little ahead of schedule so that I had it before the anniversary date. They keep me apprised of the progress throughout with pictures and information. Great job, you guys.

The person I worked with was phenominal. Really helping me make the rings great and perfect. Did both engagement ring and weddinv bands with them. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a custom ring. And pricing seemed very reasonable.

I had Green Lake Jewelry make a custom celtic ring for my Irish Elopement. The ring was based off of a celtic ring I had had for many years and asked them to make a nicer version of it. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. They really listened to what I wanted and were able to make the ring even though it was not an easy one to make because of the different materials used. I also got to meet the person who hand crafted my ring when I picked it up at their shop. I've been wearing the ring for over a month now and I can't imagine anything more perfect. An all-around excellent experience.

I walked into Green Lake Jewelry with a basic idea of what I wanted to accomplish in terms of a basic ring design from scratch. Chelsea Knights was our ring designer and was very prompt with details, costs and timeframe. Unfortunately, my surprise ring was not what my partner would have liked and I was creating the wrong ring. We were still in the design phase of the ring, but there was no resistance to put a hold on everything until I could come back and redesign the ring with Chelsea. Everything moved smoothly through the process and Chelsea made sure that we could create a ring within my budget that would fit the idea of what my partner would like. We can't wait to come back in to design our wedding bands!

My experience with Green Lake Jewelery was incredible. When I found a ring that I liked I sent the image to one of their designers on their website. They worked with me to create a similar style with my own personal flare. The engraving work and the stones placed in the ring were flawless. The designer and the jeweler were what made my experience and my ring incredible! I am so happy I made the choice to go here for my wedding ring!

I was not happy with my purchase. Green lake team contacted me right away and is helping sort things out. Great job by this team over all.
