Ashley was wonderful to work with. Truly her goal was for me to have a piece I loved, not just get it done. I ended up changing both rings from the original ideas, but they didn't miss a beat, just made new waxes and still got my rings done in the original 6 week window. The finished product is gorgeous and exactly what I was hoping for. There were lots of beautiful pieces in the cases as well. I would definitely recommend GLJ for anyone looking for fine jewelry.

I worked with Rebecca to design my partner's engagement ring, and it was a fantastic experience. The process was comfortable and guiding, the ring was beautiful and exactly what we designed. Overall, I couldn't have asked for more! I will definitely be going back for our wedding rings and all other jewelry desires.

This is the ONLY jewelry store I will ever go to for fine jewelry! I have gotten several piece done here over the last 6 years, and have only ever reviewed professional, friendly, top-notch service. It floors me how I can not have been in for 6 months, and then walk in and be greeted by name! Wow! My husband found this gem (pun intended) of a store back when he was searching for engagement rings to propose with in 2012. He (very smartly) settled on picking out a center stone (set in a basic tiffany setting) to propose with, and then letting me customize a ring with that diamond after the fact. I originally worked with Mitch (now at the Bellevue location I believe) who helped us create a design that was exactly what we had talked about. He was very friendly! Long story short, due to the severe illness and then death of my mother around this time, I created this ring too quickly and without a clear head. I never totally loved it, and after 5 years of wearing it I decided I wanted to bite the bullet and redo it. This time around I got to work with Krista, who was magnificent!! She really knows her stuff, and is personable at the same time. She patiently guided me through the process of design, computer models, wax casting, and final settings, offering advice/suggestions along the way when asked. I really wanted to take my time and not rush like the last time, so this redesign project lasted from Oct 2017 until Dec 2018!! I never ever felt rushed, and by the end of this time Krista felt like a friend I was going to visit in the store for each viewing! I am not going to lie, a part of me will miss getting to go in from time to time! But I am thrilled with the ring we have created. In those 14 months I also got some diamond earrings reset with different settings/posts, and came with my aunt to get her wedding ring resized. Super happy with the outcome of all of the above! The jewelry work at Greenlake is extremely high quality, and their customer service is second to none! They will always set things right, and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I know I will be back for future projects. HIGHLY recommended!!!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful my experience was! From the first meeting with my designer, Ashlen, I felt confident that I understood the design process and would love my ring. Now that it’s on my finger, it came out even better than I would have imagined! The process was fun, easy, and I’m overjoyed with the quality of the results!

From walking in the first day, not knowing what we were doing, all the way through the final modifications and shipping, we were extremely well taken care of. I have only the highest praise for Green Lake Jewelry and especially for Ashlen Johnson, who took excellent care of us from start to finish. We initially dropped in to just buy an engagement ring. We knew practically nothing about rings. Ashlen was so helpful and supportive that we ended up coming back for the wedding rings as well. In contrast to my experiences at other jewelers, working with Ashlen was an utter delight. She was never pushy, always putting our comfort and education above any hypothetical timeline or sales quota pressure. She made a point to ensure we stayed within the limits of our budget. She quickly earned our full trust and never once tried to upsell us on anything. Ashlen takes a deep artistic interest in the customization and final quality of her rings. She asks the right questions to ensure that the rings she helps you decide on are a perfect match for your (possibly yet unsurfaced) preferences. My fiancee had only a vague sense of what she might want. Ashlen was able to take a few magazine images we had sent her, explain the many options to us, and iterate our way through several CAD models until we arrived at a perfect ring. During one visit, she was trying so hard to attend to us, late into the afternoon, that we had to kindly nudge her to go take her lunch break already, assuring her that we didn't mind waiting and that we didn't want her blood sugar to suffer on our account. Seriously, if you're in any way intimidated by the prospect of getting a ring, you could not find yourself in better hands. Also, I'm posting this review loudly in hopes that they give her a big fat raise. For Ashlen it's not just a job; she clearly cares deeply about her clients.

You wrote a review for Green Lake Jewelry Works One week ago I can't say enough good things about my experience with Greenlake Jewelry Works and in particular the designer I worked with Kathy. I had a design in mind, Kathy and I started in late August collaborating on it. I picked it up a couple of weeks ago and couldn't be happier, so much so that I am planning on another visit in the near future to design another piece. Custom jewelry takes time, but it's so worth it in the end. I would strongly recommend Greenlake Jewelry Works and if you get lucky enough to get Kathy you won't be disappointed

We walked into the northgate store a little nervous about the process of using an herirloom stone and creating a entirely new setting and ring. We sat down with Ashley Y. and she made the process clear and simple. As an LGBTQ couple we felt comfortable and seen. She communicated with us along the way over the 4 week period and I could not be happier with the end result. I love my ring and it’s modern look with a family stone. 10/10 recommend!

Green Lake Jewelry is the best! Ben was our designer and he did a spectacular job. He listened intently to our desires for a ring. He made great suggestions that we hadn't thought of. We were sent a wax ring so that we could get a good idea about what the ring shape would be and make sure it fit. We were shown CAD drawings that were accurate depictions of the ring. The ring is the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. It is more beautiful than I even imagined. We were so pleased with our experience and will return again for anniversary rings.

This is not your average jewelry store. The staff are genuinely personable and interested in figuring out what we liked. They showed us a variety of designs and unmounted gems. In the end, they we're able to put it all together to design the ring we wanted. The quality of the final product is impressive. We are incredibly happy that we went to Greenlake.

Really outstanding experience! I am not your typical consumer (I don't shop much or I don't follow trends much), but JewelryWorks really exceeded what I was expecting for her engagement ring. I worked with Pia and we went through the design together - I got exactly what I wanted. Pia is outstanding at drawing, she could draw on the paper what I had in my mind. The result is a ring that me and my fiance absolutely love!
