I contacted Green Lake about designing 3 rings (1 for my bride, 2 for our mothers) when we only had 5 weeks left before our wedding. I was quickly connected with Pia, who checked and told me that they could get things done and delivered on my tight timeline. After giving her the go-ahead, she helped to take my ideas for the rings from idea to concept to finished product very quickly, and she was proactive and highly responsive throughout the process. She also helped ensure that the rings got delivered to the venue two days before the wedding and that they were even safely locked away until we arrived. I am extremely thankful and have nothing but the highest regard for Pia and the team at Green Lake Jewelry.

Mitch was great to work with. He helped us design the perfect wedding band to match an engagement ring using unique styling.

My partner and I have searched extensively in hopes of finding wedding rings for our 23rd anniversary. Then we found Green Lake Jewelry. We worked with Pia to create a very one of a kind set of rings that included an some very special family history. Pia and the designer created amazing rings that were exactly what we wanted. Pia was an excellent designer and helped us through the entire process. We loved the creativity with Kyle's wedding band and it is even better than we first imagined it. The exquisite detail done with my restoration and matching wedding band is absolutely wonderful. We are so appreciative to Gary and Shayna for making these masterpieces. Best part of all was the constant communication throughout the process - great to do it all via email!

Had a great experience designing a pair of really unique engagement/wedding combo bands. Started with just a few reference images, which Sophia and the Green Lake Jewelry team helped us bring to life over three months. We had a few really major revisions, and ended up with a terrific product in the end.

The experience with Green Lake Jewelry was great from start to finish. My fiancé and I initially went in Green Lake thinking we were going to revamp my grandma's old ring. When we found out the cost to do that (it was in ROUGH shape), and I saw all of the beautiful custom rings in the store, we (I) changed our mind and decided to start from scratch. I had previously fallen in love with an art deco ring online, but it was way over budget. Sophia was able to recreate that ring, with some modifications that I requested, all within budget! I was able to get my dream ring. Working with Sophia was great, their online portal is so nice, you can communicate with your designer easily throughout the process. It did end up taking about 8 weeks for my ring, but worth the wait. This is something I will be wearing for the rest of my life and I absolutely love it.
