Easy and stress-free from start to finish! I'm SO happy with my ring and with our experience. We had gone to a few other jewelers, and they were all pretty inflexible if you had any customization ideas. It was really frustrating because I wasn't seeing anything I really loved anywhere else. I knew from the pretty ring on their ads that Greenlake Jewelry made beautiful and unique things. I went in there with the idea that I'd end up designing my own ring completely, but they had a bunch of gorgeous rings to modify if you wanted to just buy one or modify a model they have to make your own. I grilled them pretty hard about design options. For instance, just some of the questions I had over the 45 min conversation were.... What stones can you use? Answer - all colors and many different kinds. What if i want a setting you've never done before? Answer - no problem. Can you start out with how much you want to spend and work backwards, or can you tell us how to modify a design to help us save money? Answer - yes! After the long conversation, I saw a ring they already had, completely fell in love with it, and didn't end up changing it at all. What can I say? Those people know how to design. I honestly couldn't be happier. :)

My custom made diamond infinity band is absolutely stunning. Working with Mitch, as always, was a pure pleasure! He, definitely, has an artist’s design eye, as is evident in my ring....the final product being more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I had a great experience. The designer I worked with was very responsive and incredibly helpful at turning my design into a really. Everyone that worked to create the wax sample and the final piece did an incredible job.

My partner and I have made three purchases at Green Lake Jewelers. Our first purchase, wedding rings, was such a positive experience that we would not go anywhere else for jewelry. The second purchase was a sapphire ring. We went in with very little idea of exactly what we were looking for, only that it be a sapphire. We were given the information we needed, shown lots of possibilities, and ultimately have a ring which is perfect, exactly the right thing for us. The third experience was the resetting of my grandmother's diamond. I now have the pleasure of once again wearing a precious family heirloom; it's been tastefully set to show the stone to advantage.

Lena is an amazing artist. She helped me bring my ideas to life for my husband's wedding band. She was patient with all my questions and tweaks to the ring design. The finished product is beautiful. I'd highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality jewelry but also for those who want a great experience creating a custom piece.

Once again, Green Lake Jewelry has exceeded my expectations. We've worked with them three times now and have sent many people (including my parents) their way. Our latest project was for my 10th anniversary gift from my husband - a custom made white gold band with 5 oval diamonds laid east to west. We worked with Amber, one of their senior designers, and I am so happy with every interaction we had with her. She has incredible rapport, stellar design skills and truly listened to what I wanted. I realize there are many other people who had a hand in making my ring and I want to honor them as well - I just didn't get a chance to meet them. I honestly would not change one single thing about my ring. It's absolutely gorgeous and fits like a dream. I can't recommend Amber or Green Lake Jewelry enough. I will never go anywhere else.

I walked into Green Lake Jewelry without the slightest clue as to what I wanted in an engagement ring for my now fiancé. I looked at some of their existing designs and gained a little inspiration as to what I was wanting to get for her. Amber, at GLJ, did an absolutely fantastic job at helping me figure out what I wanted with what I was inspired by and designed the best ring I could have imagined for my fiancé. The people who work here are honest and upfront, and they are genuinely looking to help you find the right ring. They are designers first, not sales people, and their knowledge and openness made them very trustworthy in my eyes. It's been a number of months, and my wife and I love the rings we got.
