Oh my gosh, if I could put 10000 stars I would! This place is AMAZINNGGGG!!!! Not only do they have excellent customer service, quality product, and reasonable prices, they also have an inviting environment and free cookies and drinks! (who doesn't love some free cookies?!) But, seriously, Green Lake Jewelry Works has helped me create a breathtaking engagement ring for my wife, and both of our wedding bands. We will definitely be going back to them when we can (we are moving out of state). If you are unsure what you are doing when it comes to jewelry shopping, PAHLEASE don't go to Kared or J-Jewelers (I mean, do what you want but I definitely believe if you don't go to GLJW you are missing out). Everyone at GLJW provides a "no pressure" experience to help you understand your 4 C's, play with your vision, and guide you through the process. Definitely recommend!

Came in with a family diamond and few family rings to create a wedding ring. They persuaded us to keep the ring, for the craftsmanship is of high quality, and use it as a secondary ring for the beautiful piece they created for the diamond. I would not think of going anywhere else for jewelery

The experience working with Ben to research, design, and eventually have crafted the engagement ring that we wanted was nothing less than superb. Looking at other jewelers we felt pressured, and unsatisfied with our attempt to design the engagement ring my fiancée always dreamed of. With Ben this was not case. He was knowledgeable, patient, and put us at ease during the entire process. We specifically recall Ben saying that we “can have anything we want” in terms of the design, giving us confidence that he would help design and make the perfect ring. Once designed, the remainder of the crafting process was always on time or ahead of schedule and clearly communicated. We feel confident returning to and recommending Green Lake Jewelry Works in the future for all of our jewelry needs.

Awesome, so many options for customization with really great, professional, assistance without being at all pushy helps you to really figure out what is best for you. Loved Ashlen and her awesome help, especially when we were on a time-crunch for our wedding bands. Loved the fact that our rings were being made right there on site which meant that Ashlen could keep us up-to-date with what was going on. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Had a great experience with Green Lake Jewelry! I initially started an inquiry with them before I was hospitalized and bedridden. This limited me to just using phone for all interactions. During this hospitalization, the designer was able to help me draft a design for the ring I wanted based on some pictures and ideas I had and sent over. Over the next weeks,I got the 3D and clay models and was able to give the approvals to finish. After I got out, the ring was ready and I was able to proposal to my girlfriend immediately at my recovery party!

My wife and I have been looking to upgrade her engagement ring for a while. We wanted to keep the same ring and solitaire diamond, but were looking to customize it by adding a halo of diamonds around the center stone. We also wanted to make sure it was done in a way that made the ring look like it was always designed that way and had not just been added to. We went in to see Ben and he was fantastic. He spent time understanding what we wanted to do. Came up with several immediate design ideas (several of which we had not considered before) and a very reasonable estimate of cost in our first consultation. He explained the process, which included getting us to sign off on renderings and a wax cast before proceeding. The final ring is amazing and my wife could not be happier with it. The quality of the design and custom work is beyond our expectations. Could not recommend more highly.
