Thought I got a good deal, however now that the sites have actually been transferred, I am not being kept informed of the outcome of my issues, especially since I didn't uptake on extending current contract for another 4 years.

Really impressed with this company, we dealt with a chap named Andrew Brewer who was extremely open, honest and helpful with his advice. All the energy brokers obviously get a commission, but he was clear and up front about all the details. He even helped us with a problem with information on our credit score. I have dealt with a lot of energy brokers these past few weeks and can't speak as highly of them, it really felt like the 'wild west' trying to get our small business energy sorted. Andrew was brilliant from start to finish. Thank you!

I have had excellent service from Karl Stubbs securing fixed price electricity for our business, we're secure until 2017 which is reassuring in these difficult times.

Absolutely disgusted with this company. A sales person called Jonny Dodds advised me to go on a market tracker contract for my business. He assured me this was the best contract available and if any price came up cheaper in the future, we could switch to a cheaper rate. What he didn’t once tell me, was that the product also goes up the other way upwards. I was completely mis-sold this contract. Our bill has now tripled, thank you very much for your service 😡 😡😡😡😡 I thought I could trust this company, but I have definitely been led up the garden path.

We were really struggling with our current supplier sending incorrect invoices etc until Sam Childs stepped in to help us and this was resolved after months of problems in hours - Sam was brilliant I have nothing but praise for her - she is still helping us with other areas and I know she will help us whenever and wherever she can - nothing is too much for her - Thanks Sam!!!!!
