Please please avoid this company at all costs . Lied to missed bullied disgraceful non existentant alleged customer service. Tried to escalate my complaint to a manager but apparently they don't have anyone who will give me the courtesy or a calk back . I know from reading the reviews it will be an automated response which tells you everything about the company.

We have used the Green Energy Advice Bureau for many years and have had no issues, Oliver Henderson was very helpful recently in answering all my questions when renewing our contract and got us a very good deal with a big 4 company.

Adam Shuttleworth, was very patient, in continually providing up to date quotes, whilst waiting for the Director to choose which provider we would go with. We were already with Green Energy Advice for one of our other meters and they have always provided the best quote. They are also provide good customer service if we have had any issues, but to be honest we only had one and it was resolved quickly.

Very helpful and supportive service

I have been using the Church Energy Purchasing Group and have been for some while unhappy about their level of after care. Recently I came across The Green Energy Advice Bureau and have been very impressed with the level of service. I have signed the church up to a new deal for gas when the current contract runs out and it is nearly 50% cheaper than now which takes us securely up to 2029. I will definitely be using them for our electric when that comes up rather than CEPG. The main difference is that Reece who I dealt with can negotiate on our behalf and get the best deal at the best time rather than going through a long procurement process and it really does work. Not only this but any problems with suppliers and Reece or his colleagues will sort this out for you. The church currently has a Silver Eco Award from A Rocha Ltd and is working towards Gold Standard. If achieved the church will be the first in the Greater Manchester area to be awarded this. When you get a good deal on energy as we have done through the Bureau this will massively impact on our changing from a gas fired heating system to a fully electric one along with solar panels and storage batteries. It takes the pressure off the church finances and helps us to concentrate on Gods work.

We have found the GEAB to be really helpful in delivering savings on both our gas and electric supply contracts. As a cathedral it was very important that we were able to procure an affordable carbon neutral energy supply. Many thanks to Reece Wood who has been very proactive in securing us a significant saving.
