absolutely terrible mis sold us our energy total costing us an estimated £14K per annum! what is much worse is the staff attitude including a director I spoke to on 28th November who I asked to come & visit us was only interested in the holiday he was going on & how early they could get finished for Christmas so didn't have time to see me!

Having used a number of "brokers/consultants" over the years, Green Energy Advice Bureau have been great. I changed my mind on which contract option to go with a few times before signing and they helped me all the way through explaining the differences between pass through and fixed. Will use again and will recommend to other businesses I know.

Unsolicited call from Scot. I told him I don't use brokers as I go direct to suppliers as it is obviously cheaper. He disagreed and told me that for my £1 million electricity contract Green Energy Advice would only get £500 from the supplier and he would get 1% of that ie £5, so his prices would still be better than going direct. I challenged him on this obvious lie, and in a subsequent email conversation he actually admitted he would personally get £10,000 if he won my business and his company would get even more. This is not the way to begin a business relationship.

Disgraceful!! Liars and con artist. Beware we are fighting a legal battle. Mis sold a 'passing through contract'. Was told no extra charges than the ones quoted IN WRITING and then got the bill with 100's of pounds extra each month. When we approached them they laughed and said do you want any more quotes! I do believe they are undergoing investigation. Also you are not covered by the ombudsman if you use them so do so at your own peril.

The most unprofessional, pushy and rude company I have ever come across. From the first call they bombarded us with lengthy dialogues and pressured us into letting them do some price-hunting for us. Called me about 5 times a day and it was never the same salesperson so ended up repeating everything I had already heard. Expectations rose when we received an extremely competitive quote back from them but were then pressured to sign the deal ASAP. After pitching to my director I was advised to reach out to a past broker for a competitive quote. Cameron from Green Power did not take this news lightly, calling us a waste of his time and basically losing his rag over the phone. What a great, professional way to speak to a potential customer(!) Avoid at all costs. This company does not understand basic human ethics such as manners.

Cold calls I can deal with as I take a lot where I work, but I've never had someone quite as rude as Phil from this company (Liverpool office). After I told him that it's not something we'd take a call on he was demanding I go and speak to someone as they will know who he is (he said used to work for another company and is basically stealing his old clients to come over to this supplier), he was also asking for a name of someone who has never worked here. When asking over and over if this was a sales call he refused to answer, basically said that if I don't put him through to someone he'll just keep calling us, I advised him we're not interested (again), we're happy with our current supplier and to send through his information via an email, he just kept going on and on and wouldn't let the call end. The whole pointless call lasted over 5 minutes and this was after me making it obvious I wasn't transferring the call and it's not of interest. This call was just harassment, I understand everyone has a job to do but the attitude was so pushy, the negative tone was set within the first few seconds. If it was me or my company, even if I was looking to move suppliers after this phone call I would 100% not chose them.

Beware!!!! You will end up paying at least +10% extra on their quoted prices in hidden fees. These will all be charged in addition to their quoted consumption charges. You will be unable to use the Ombudsman service as they only deal with the energy companies NOT the brokers. Ask for full details regarding the following fees. • DUoS Standing Charge • Feed in Tariff (FiT) • Contracts for Difference Feed in Tariff (CFD FiT) • Capacity Market Charge Meter rental Absolutely disgusting business practises!!!!
