Totally fake promises, changing the contract few times, I was desperate and busy on the day they forced me to sign before 4pm or you want get cheaper price I had few minutes to go, can’t read whole docs within few mins I signed & sent. Then I realised better I stay with the current supplier. It’s cheaper then green. 0% honesty, no confidence but I hv no option coz I signed. Do not sign before you read , if they forced do not care that’s what I made mistake

Green Energy Advice never stop pestering, since June 2021! even I have contacted supplier to which we should have been moved to and supplier agreed: contract no longer valid as it was for old premises. All of you who are having amazing experience with this pushy, spineless company , think again....I have found the moral code of the company very offensive, with all the tricks they have up their sleeve etc...yuck

United Kingdom | 28 December 2021I transferred all the utility services to Green Energy, there was a lot of promise about getting rebated, and also I paid one extra water payment to my previous provider. Green Energy promised that they will look into this issue, to date I have not received any rebate. I was promised that Green energy will get the Water Authority to install a smart meter, it is over a year, still, no meter has been installed. My handyman nearly had an accident whilst reading the meter, the meter is less than a meter from the street. The contracts were not managed in an honest and transparent approach.
