United Kingdom | 16 December 2024I wasn't told all the facts about the policy prior to signing up, upon realising this i asked to terminate the policy (Just 12 hours after signing) and was told i couldn't, 3 days later i get confirmation that the policy had just been finalised.. I believe i was mis sold. In response to GEAB reply. Complaint currently sits with Npower as no positive progress with GEAB, will never use again and encourage others to be aware.

Complaints department an absolute joke as they can hear their staff misleading us when we asked direct questions but still sided with them.

United Kingdom | 27 October 2024Mentioning no names due to GDPR but I was mislead by an employee from a different energy company which left deleterious impacts and even the small care home I managed being fined. I was so frightened and reluctant to trust energy companies I was conscious of everything due to our sad experience. Let's face it these companies are supposed to be here to lead...guide and support us..Them being the professionals in their field of knowledge so one should be able to trust...when these guys came along I still felt weary and sceptical..why shouldn't I after all I had heard all tgis before..anyway although it took some time and being able to regain that trust..between Guy Mannix and James Swan they restored that belief to trust them..they kept me in the know...broke everything down....and most of all listened. I believe they have got our little care home a good deal...they also kept me reassured. I guess what I am trying to say is there are still good people out there who do want to help the small people like us.
