He has contacted us when he said he would and dealt with all the paperwork swiftly. He is friendly and explains things clearly. Hopefully he will remain our account manager for some time. This is the only thing we find difficult to keep a handle on, when contacts change and we are not informed. Although GEAB are not the only company that do that. Here's to a long working partnership.

The pushy salesman sold me this Blend and Extend contract by Engie, the blend and extend contract was sold to me as we could lower the rates to the current market prices if they were to ever go down. I went for this option as it appeared to have a safety net so felt happy to go for it. Now the prices have halved I contact them to lower the price, the offer is less than 20% off the cost, to top it off they want to extend that contract another 3 years! AVOID using this company at all costs. I was miss sold this contract and am now paying the price.
