I have used several other types of hearing aids and these have been by-far the best I have used. They help pick up the sounds better and my hearing is clearer, so I don't have to fake it and they fit in your ears so easily that I don't notice them

Everything about these hearing aids are amazing. From the sleek compact design to the sound quality you can't go wrong. The battery last all day , I have a habit of charging things when I sleep so they never died on me. The sound quality is amazing as soon as you pop them in the crystal clear sound quality is astonishing. Imagine being in an iMax theater 24/7. The design is small , sleek not bulky at all and actually very stylish I loved the rose gold color it was an extra bonus. Over all I give these a 10/10 especially with the very affordable price point

I have the TX-5 Mini hearings aids and they’re amazing! I love how I can change the volume settings to my liking. My hearing is much better with the TX-5 Mini.

I have been waiting for my refund since 12/12/2022! It is now, 12/27/2023 How long do I have to wait??? It seems that giving customers money back doesn't concern this company.... Maybe a lawyer could help a us. There seems to be a lot of us that have been waiting for a long time.

I am very pleased with my Bossa TX5-MINI PLUS+ hearing aids. Not only do they allow me to hear better in all situations, they fit very comfortably in my ears after I determined the correct size of ear tips to use. (That's an important consideration). What I *really like* is the method of increasing the sound volume in the hearing aids: one simply presses the little button on the back repeatedly to increase the sound volume one level at a time, and if the volume is too uncomfortable at the maximum setting, one just pushes the button once again to start over at the lowest volume setting. This is certainly easier and more accurate than using a tiny screwdriver to attempt to manipulate a very small - (and confusing) - dial on the back of the hearing aid, as I had to do with another brand I used to use. I highly recommend the Bossa TX5-MINI PLUS+ hearing aids.

Daddy really couldn't hear, so it was impossible to have a conversation with him. When he got these hearing aids, he loved them! And we could talk again! I told him, "It's nice to have you back!" He said he wanted an extra pair to have on hand, so I just bought him one. This hearing aid is improving the quality of our lives immeasurably!

TWO months ago I returned the hearing aids per their instructions. Numerous emails and calls later and still NO refund. If you love their hearing aids then wooohooo they are so thankful. But if they aren't for you?? Too bad. What kind of business operates like this? A HORRIBLE one. Take your business elsewhere. Wish I did.

The hearing aid I tried was not very good. I returned the hearing aid (order #148085) after 4 weeks and have not heard anything back from bossa 7 weeks later about a refund. They also erroneously billed me $60 three months in September ago for a duplicate hearing aid and my master card company is still trying to hear back from Bossa on my disputed charge in December. Customer service is horrible when dealing with refunds and credits.

Aids came in good time. The aids did not help with the hearing I hoped for and I did return the aids. Have not received the refund yet. 12/20/2024

Dec 16, 2023 I returned my two hearing aides well within the 45 day return period. They arrived and were accepted on September 11, 2023 with a turn around time of 10-15 business days It's now DECEMBER 16th, 2023. That's 3 months and 5 days ago. 13 weeks and 5 days ago. 96 total days 69 weekdays And still no refund. Just empty promises. My return issues have been up-channeled within support, hand carried to finance, and even up-channeled to management. With ZERO results. Save your money, otherwise it's gone forever. DEC 19, 2023 Of course, in spite of the Bossa comment below, still no refund. The funds were finally credited to my credit card, but being forced to wait in excess of three months after a 15 day guarantee is excessive. If you are reading this, start being the squeaky wheel.

First time using this brand, Ordered the lowest priced set. Had some fitment issues. Was treated VERY nicely by Romee in customer service. She walked me through the return process and suggested I try a different model that should solve the fitment issues, I ordered them and am eager to try them.

I placed an order for hearing aids from Bossa Hearing. After weeks of failed delivery I contacted them. They then shipped the wrong product! Due to poor customer service I cancelled the entire order. I spent weeks trying to get the monies collected (Better than 30 days at this point) refunded to my credit card. Only after getting my credit card company involved did I finally get my refund. This took better than 55 days!! Product maybe good but customer service the poorest of any company I have dealt with.

Ordered. Waited weeks and they never arrived. Cancelled. And got a cancellation email. Just a few hours later got an email saying they had been shipped. When I emailed that they had been cancelled I was told they had been sent and hearing aids would have to be returned. You have to initiate the return with Bossa - they won't give you your money back unless you contact them first. They never answer the phone. You just get a hold message saying someone will be with you shortly. I tried emailing. No one has returned my email - it's been a week. I would not recommend anyone doing business with Bossa. Update: Bossa replied "I requested for additional details about this order so we can take necessary action." That is not true. No one has contacted me requesting additional details. No one from Bossa has contacted me about anything. Update #2 - after sending Bossa ANOTHER email, they responded to call them and "once we get on the phone with you we will give you the right instructions." They never pick up the phone. And their website clearly says you can initiate a return through email. I attached a photo of their website that says that. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have had these hearing aides for a year now. They have Been really good for my tinnitus and hearing loss. For the price who can complain. In the beginning when It was very hard to get them because of such a high response. They got them to me asap. It was like in a week. Great c ustomer service through the buying process.

I ordered and bought their products as well as their offers, as I thought this was what I was looking for. But what I thought was wrong, it took almost 1 month for me not to receive what I bought. So I canceled it, now it's been 1 month and I haven't been refunded what I paid, I won't say how much and maybe those who read this won't believe it. For me I was robbed openly. . If only there were less than 0 stars, that's what I would give them.

better than my 2000$ hearing aids just wish i could order wax guards for proton max without giving cc information over phone and also waiting on phone
