I purchased the hearing aids in August 4 returned them 2 days later ..I have inquired about my refund at least 6 times it's now Nov.27 and they still have not issued my refund they even tried to close my claim and just give me 100 dollars off another pair of their product..yeah I know this is not the experience they want their customers to have as you can see this is the norm worst company ever!

I brought bossa hearing aids for my husband and he could not adjust to them so I sent them back and asked for a refund. They have the hearing aids and have NOT sent me my refund. They keep giving me the run about. They do not honor their guarantee. I ordered the hearing aids on Sept. 6, 2023 and it is now Nov. 26, 2023 and I have not received my refund!!! Their website advertises refunds if the hearing aids are returned within a 30 day trial period. I returned them after having them only 3 days because they were very uncomfortable in my ears and the sound quality was poor. I followed their return process exactly as they specify, providing them with the tracking number from USPS. Tracking shows they received the package on October 5th. It is now November 19th and after several emails, even thought they acknowledge receipt of the hearing aids, they just keep putting me off, saying they have to talk to their billing department, and asking for patience for my refund. I'm done being patient. I do not think this is a legitimate company and I think they are scamming seniors and others with hearing impairments out of their money.

Their hearing aids were not suited to my needs. I tried repeatedly to work with them. I called and they tried to sell me a different pair for three times the cost of the failed pair. I declined and paid for the return. I sent them back in exactly the same condition as they were received and then sent them the tracking number as requested. Their "guarantee" states they wii make the refund in 10-15 days from receipt. After 15 business days in put in a dispute with my credit card company. I have continued to write to Bossa, but they have done nothing honorable. Don't deal with this company!

TX-1 is worth every penny. The price is competitive for such a high-quality product.

Awful service! Hearing aids didn't work for me to no fault of theirs but trying to get my refund is a nightmare. It's been over 2 months. I've returned all as directed within return time. Don't buy these expected any return money back. Awful. Promises promises and no results!
