Choosing BossaHearing's TX-5 was a wise decision. The product quality exceeded my expectations, and I am pleased with the improvement in my hearing.

Charge lights both on , Power on light lite. Both hearing aids DEAD. Customer service is worthless. Offered a 15% discount to buy replacements. If your product only last around 1 year, there a JOKE. Very dissatisfied.

The reason for the 5 stars is because these hearing aids have significantly improved my husband's ability to hear better and at a much lower/normal volume. This is true when he is talking to several people in a room to listening to the TV. It has taken 2 weeks for this adjustment to take place due to learning how to insert them, adjusting the volume and avoid the whistling when inserting them. I do have to help him insert them because they are so small and his hands aren't.

I received my hearing aids in a timely fashion. They are very comfortable and has helped my tinnitus a great deal. I am very pleased with them and grateful to be able to hear a tv program on a normal level and not have it so loud for others. I highly recommend these!

Great hearing aids! Volume levels are perfect for my needs. Small, discreet and comfortable, you'll forget you're wearing them. Other brands will have this weird quirk in which the sound someone opening a bag of chips, a clicking of a mouse will sound like they're doing it right in your ear and it's annoying. Bossa hearing aids don't do this and it's great!

This are amplifiers not hearing aids. On the lowest setting I can only hear my voice, and nothing in the background. This was a total waste of money,and don't recommend these to anyone!!!

I returned my hearing aids within a week after receiving and followed the company's instructions exactly. No refund after 3 months and numerous inquiries. This fraudulent company, who sells inexpensive but poorly performing (in my opinion) hearing aids should be avoided.

Shipment was incredibly quick. I received my TX-1 in no time.

I ordered 2 pairs of hearing aids on October 10th and received them quickly but after 5 days I decided they weren’t for me. I returned them exactly as instructed (one pair was unopened) and waited and waited for a refund. Every email I sent was met with some excuse as to why my refund was delayed. In my final email I finally gave them a deadline for the refund or I was going to notify my credit card company and challenge the charge. Needless to say they didn’t meet my deadline. Capitol One issued me a credit and now they’re handling it. I sure wish I had read some reviews before buying anything from Bossa. Lesson learned. Like all the other responses, I'm sure they’ll say that this wasn’t the experience they wanted me to have. Tell it to my credit card company.

The response given by Bossa Hearing aids on this site are nothing more than generic and show Bossa Hearing Aids to be not trustworthy. I didnt give order numbers in my review so how are they suppose to look into it further? Further more, I have been emailing there support email since the previous re view and they have failed to reponse to that. I've also been calling and not getting answered. This company was good to deal with until I asked for a refund because the hearing aid didn't fit me well. Then they proceeded to jerk me around for three months before I received my refund. BUT, it happened only after filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau!!!!! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!
