United States | 04 November 2023My Order: #145749 ... Return number is the same... 1) My order went thru very fast. Not so much the delivery even though I paid for faster delivery. Minor... 2) There is no Left or Right therefore I was not able to get them both seated propery. 3) Because of #2 I switched from the black to the white tips that came with the set. Slightly better fit but not great. 4) With the White tips, I could NOT fit both in the charger at the same time. I call Bossa Support and the reply was to switch back to the Black... or take the white tips off to charge and put them back on daily!!! 5) From the DAY I ordered the $89 version I was innundated EVERY DAY since with emails telling me what great improvement I would get with a better version... Today I finally Unsubscribed to the emails... 6) I'm waiting for my refund which should be in my account any day...

United States | 30 October 2023I didn't expect a miraculous device for under $100, and I was right. So far the amplification is useful, as my husband is being treated for throat cancer and his voice is rough and hard to hear. However, the ambient noise is very off-putting, I'm used to a relatively quiet life, but now everything is amplified to annoying levels at best. So far, I'd not give this company my wholehearted endorsement, but the product is helping me hear my husband. Like eyeglasses, hearing aids are marked up to a ridiculous extent, so OTC hearing aids are helpful to many of us. But you might be better served to save and buy a more sophisticated device than this one.

United States | 28 October 2023I am happy to report that the 2024 model named TX-5 Mini Plus+ is a resounding success. After a bad experience with a more famous and four-times-more-expensive model, I am so happy with my new Bossas: I have very small ears, but they fit perfectly, are so easy to put in, remove, adjust and recharge, but most importantly: make me hear clearly again, even in noisy environments. Thank you Bossa!

Canada | 27 October 2023I purchased a set of hearing aids from Costco Canada in May 2023. They are great - life changing even. They cost just over $2,000 Canadian. Several months later I decided to purchase a set of hearing aids from Bossa Hearing, as a test of my monies worth from Costco. The Bossas were terrible - squealing and uncomfortable! They cost just over $100 Canadian. I threw them away - not worth the hassle of trying to get a refund. The lesson? Don’t waste your money on cheap hearing aids. Spend the extra and get quality hearing aids from a reputable supplier.

United States | 21 October 2023Ordered a pair for my 92-year old mother. Returned them within the return period. No refund. I have sent emails, made calls, sent more emails, to follow up on the refund. I got promises of action, vague responses about the team looking into it, etc. But no refund after 2 months. Horrible customer service. And I would say at this point it is simply a scam. I doubt Bossa has any intention of every issuing a refund. Stay away. Don't order anything from them.

United States | 19 October 2023I ordered a month or so ago and I received a return message stating that if I didn't pay for the express shipping, it could take ad long as 2 weeks to receive my order. I didn't pay for the fast shipping and I thought I would get my order in two weeks. When 3 weeks had past, I contacted the company about the order, only to be advised that they had no record of an order. Then it seems in October, they found and processed my order.

United States | 17 October 2023I had a particularly bad experience from ordering to retuning the hearing aids. Ordering and paying was easy! Delivery took a very long time. The devices never worked for me. They screeched and support to get them to work was not useful . I then returned the devices and had to pay for the return! Then almost 3 weeks have gone by with no notice at first of receipt and still no refund. All together a bad experience . I received a note twice since this review was posted , that some action would be taken . However once again the promise to escalate and resolve the issue has lead to no response. I will report to BBB and my credit card for refund as this is wasting too much time .

United States | 16 October 2023I purchased Bossa Hearing Aids on 8/6/23 - after many attempts, gave up because they did not fit my small ear canals. Contacted Bossa and followed procedure to return - Bossa acknowledged receipt of return on 8/28, told me everything with return was fine and refund would take 12-15 days. It is now Oct. 16, and all I ever get from Bossa is they are working on it, or there are unforseen refund problems on their end, but my refund will be sent shortly. I have heard at least 5-6 times, the same lies. Obviously, I am out a total of $94.00 and Bossa is a scam.
