United States | 11 October 2023Scam Alert! The hearing aids I was sent did not work. Neither did the second pair. The website promises a full refund if they are returned within 90 days. After 4 phone calls and 2 emails, I filed a dispute with my bank. I investigated Bossa, and there are scam alerts on other websites. This business is listed as being run out of an office building. From what I can tell, it is not. I believe it may be run from a residence. Before you buy, check online and read the scam warnings. On the website itself, a woman named Kathy claims to have started the business. After researching, I don't think she even exists. Read the reviews on more than one site. Whether or not these hearing aids work is a gamble at best. People's experiences are all over the map. Pay more money and buy from a reputable business with consistent good reviews and no scam alerts. Some offer payment plans. Seriously, buy from someone else. ETA: I see your response, Bossa. What is there to check into? I've already filed the dispute with the bank. You can deal with them, because now they're coming after you for the refund, and I'm assuming that's why you responded. I gave you six opportunities to make it right. Don't tell me you're going to try and fix it now. Nonetheless, I got the email from trustpilot saying you wanted to check into my problem and that if I don't give you the information my review might be removed. I have sent that information. Go ahead and check if you want to. But after six times of trying to get you to honor your refund policy, I seriously doubt it's going anywhere. And I think you made the response just so trustpilot would remove my review. Even if they do, it doesn't matter. I've left reviews at multiple websites and filed a complaint with the BBB.

I may not have gotten my money back, but I can spread the word SCAM. I did file a complaint with the better business bureau. Don’t get caught in their scam.

Told would be 24-48 hrs before I would get email confirmation . Waited nothing. After10 days and they have stopped responding to my emails. Ignoring me. Filed fraud complaint with AG. Now posting on trust pilot. Bossa hearing Made contact only to ignore this experience. They said it would investigate but it wasn’t. In fact this company has a (F) rating with the BBB of Arizona. Many many complaints for this company not returning a refund. They are not a company that should be in business

United States | 03 October 2023I should have known not to trust this company when ordering it would not let me hit the “pay” button until I pressed “Priority Processing” 2 weeks later, no tracking. I called 5 times. Put on hold. Press 5 and we will call you back. Finally Pam answered. I said I have no tracking. What’s my tracking number. No, it’s not shipped due to high demand. She offered to refund my priority processing, I said no. You have lied about too many things! I know I won’t get a refund AT ALL! I’m calling my bank to get a charge back in this scammer company.

I have been trying for 3 months to get my refund even after many emails showing they have received and agree that I am due a refund. They keep saying they will escalate but have (I believe purposely) dragged their feet so my credit card company will not get involved. DO NOT PURCHASE!!
