The right one does not work. The left one works but there are no ear buds small enough to comfortably fit my ears. You need to make smaller ear buds. The left one is very uncomfortable due to the ear buds being too large. The right one is useless.

Cost is excellent, received quickly, still trying to get used to how loud they are. Have adjusted but still seem loud.

I received the hearing aids, but cannot wear them. I have tried to call, email, etc., only to get no answer, so don't know what else to do. Never had an experience with a company like this in all my 83 years.
