Frankly the people on here moaning are morons. Sunny offered a quick and easy solution with a fair interest cap for those in difficulty. Pay it back in full early your interest was pennies on the pound. The max you could pay was 100% which sounds awful but come on... short term loan means short term loan. None of you were mis-sold, none of you were unhappy with the terms otherwise you wouldn't of signed up. The best PAYDAY lender on the market has been ruined and if I hear one more unjustified complaint about how they can't get a refund on they interest they signed up for I think I might puke. Grow up. These were the best on the market. Whatever company comes in to fill the void will not measure up and you (and I - I've taken 12 loans in 12 months) will regret the demise of the best of the worst.

After accepting ombudsman recommendation, finally agreed to refund. Had bank details and claimed payment was set to go 25/6 but didn’t send it as clearly knew entering administration! Still had cheek to lie on phone 29/6 saying refund wouldn’t be affected but then after further phone call found out not getting it! Sure lots of folk in same boat but sickened with Sunny!

Dreadful company , glad theyve gone t#ts up ! Many people had put in affordability complaints , theyd had figures confirmed and now this. Dragging their heels so they dont have to pay out .

6 months into an affordability claim I accept a redress payment 2 weeks ago and now I won’t see a payment. So disappointed as I will hardly see a penny of it now after 35 mis sold loans!! They knew exactly what they were doing all this time by delaying things and it’s disgusting!!!

Dragged their heels with FoS, and then finally agreed to settle. Advised they would be in touch in 10 working days to finalise payout......heard nothing, and now they're going into Administration. Utter shambles.

Very speedy service when I applied for a loan, money was in my bank within minutes. Good app to pay off early and they let you clear any loans early . They do appear to have put a pause on future lending, though. Hope it’s not bad news.
