Accepted an offer from you and sent over bank details but no response to my emails, fos advised you have been made aware of my acceptance and your customer service team have also asked you to respond, please can somebody acknowledge the email with my bank details and advise on time scales? The fact I accepted an offer rather than take to the Fos advise should encourage you to act in a faster and better manner

Quick to throw money at you, won't help when struggling and then delay all aspects of complaint handling. Used full 8 weeks to respond. Refused complaint. Delayed responding to FOS adjudicator. Then made an offer, I went back THE SAME Day with a counter offer over 2 weeks ago.... NOTHING!

This company are instant at lending, instant at taking payments, rapid at chasing if you are experiencing financial difficulties with no compassion..... but ignore complaints you make to them, ignore you, are rude in responses. (Ref 28667205) They seem to have a lot of complaints outstanding and ignoring them.... even their responses in reviews seem same standard response to all...... these people are dragging their feet, then will go into Administration paying very few people back what they are owed. ******(Oh look, I was right,) and who is there to support those who need it........ these people was still "lending" days before administration
