Sunny, it would appear, like to drag out their complaints process for as long as they can. The FOS upheld my complaint after Sunny disagreed in full. They then decided that they would partially uphold the decision of the FOS. I have rejected this and it has been sent to the Ombudsman. Sunny have obstructed my complaint at every level and have missed pretty much every deadline. Now I am being told I may have to wait 6-9 months for a final response. Sunny, please do the right thing and uphold this complaint in line with the recommendation of the FOS.

I am going to be honest I was sceptical after reading these reviews, but Sunny responded to my complaint within the 8 weeks and have just received the refund today (14 days after accepting) Very smooth process. Thank you..

Was pretty bad on debt and have cleared lots in last 2 years or so so I wasn't holding my chances, whole process took about 30mins from start to money in my account and reasonable price aswell, nice clean layout, I would give it 5 stars if I could find an app to make payment a bit easier but not sure they have one! All in all great experience

I used Sunny for years and honestly, they helped me when I really needed it at times. The problem was that they continued to help me when it became obvious that it wasn’t really feasible for me to comfortably pay them back. I never defaulted or paid back late and I didn’t have massive loans but I consistently needed to borrow again, shortly after paying them back. I submitted a claim several weeks ago, I received an offer within 7 weeks which I accepted, refunding the interest on 33 loans and removing them from my credit history which will really help with my score. The refund was paid within 2 weeks and I didn’t need to chase them at all. Thank you for helping when I needed it and for making the refund process as painless as possible and I really hope I never need to use a payday lender again.

Excellent service, helped me when needed the most and others would refuse me. Sunny are really life saver, and makes your life sunny when you’re struggling. A bit salty on %, but worth paying as they help when others don’t.
