Easy and fast response time

Contacted sunny 6 weeks ago about responsible lending complaint along with over 13 other payday loan companies I've used. No response yet but having read the reviews I do not hold out much hope. It's very disappoibting because I was a regular customer for more than 2 years... will update once I hav3 a decision on my complaint

No respond to adjudicator after deadline. Sending to ombudsman. I dont undrestand why it taking you so long to respond to my case.

Whole experience had been abysmal so far.

Still waiting for my refund!!! Sunny are quick to take money out of your account but when they owe money they like to drag it out as long as possible and pay at the last avaliable moment double standards. Was told they'd get in contact with me no such luck.
