Payment quick but process not sure what happened kept sending me same emails over and over again

Absolute disgrace of a company. Ignoring the ombudsman just to drag the whole process out forcing customers to wait as long as possible for a refund. Notified today that i now have to wait again as Sunny could not be bothered to reply to the ombudsman. Disgraceful company and customer service. Update* FO has given their final decision weeks ago and a nothing from Sunny! They have been told what to do and still haven't actioned anything! Ridiculous.

Raised a complaint via a claim company for 16 loans. Naturally Sunny disputed complaint so was sent to FOS Adjudicator. Adjudicator upheld this complaint in regards to loans 5 to 16. Despite missing the adjudicator deadline by just over 2 weeks, Sunny provided a counter offer, offering to partially uphold the complaint from loan 12 onwards. I didn’t accept Sunny’s offer and it was then sent to ombudsman for a final decision. Last week the ombudsman made a Final decision and agreed with the adjudicator to uphold complaint for loans 5-16 The Final Decision reply form was signed and sent to both Sunny & the FOS and as such, is now legally binding. I’m hoping it won’t take too long to get refunded. If it drags on then I won’t hesitate to get the FOS decision ‘rubber stamped’ at the County Court and get bailiffs invoked if necessary. Still no response to FOS from you! your deadline was 12/05/2020 to respond. When i asked FOS if you had responded i was informed that they are aware you are behind on your responses. I would say behind is an under statement as almost 3 weeks behind as others have said. It is very clear these are delay tactics by yourselves. Very crafty work.... please don't lie anymore and start responding to the FOS and pay out what is owed to your customer base.

Then greeted with yes you guessed it silence/nothing/blanked! So here’s me thinking They have replied leave it a week then I get the feeling and yes it’s another complication. Said it before say it again total and utter shambles of a firm who spend more hours out of office than in it!
