Sunny or Elevate credit do not agree with this however having been looked at by an adjudicator at the FOS they have upheld my case for irresponsible lending. Sunny have however not even bothered to respond to this adjudication missing deadlines by weeks. I'd be wary of using services that would ignore the FOS

Sunny have now taken to completely ignoring me, extremely disappointed with their decision to drag this process out when I accepted their offer against advice from Sanderson Drake, the company representing me, who actually advised me their offer was a poor one (they offered a refund on just 5 of the 23 loans I've had with them!) *UPDATE* Just had a conversation with a member of their team via "Live Chat" who couldn't see how the delay was shameful if it was within the 30 day guideline...amazing how inconsiderate and how little they care when it's them paying you, not you paying them

If you’re thinking of taking out a loan with Sunny, do you self a favour and DONT!! Save yourself money and headache and just get by without a loan!! You’ll end up better off in the long run!!

United Kingdom | 12 March 2020There seems to be a recurring theme with redress payments, but as with the others, I am frustrated at the length of time it takes for Sunny to honour a redress claim. When you consider that money can be in your account within minutes of signing a credit agreement, it's poor to be told you need to wait 30 days for any kind of refund. I'm fully aware that there is a recent surge of these claims and probable refunds, but I still believe that the 30 days is excessive in comparison to other organisations who are undertaking a similar exercise (most of whom are issuing payments within 1 week). As I enter week 3 of waiting, I will update my review based on how Sunny proceed with my refund.
