United Kingdom | 01 March 2020took forever to reply to the initial missold loan complaint - literally the last few days before the deadline, and then offered a pittance. Took it to the ombudsman who agreed with me and now taking forever to come back to them to agree the amount and pay out. Literally dragging their heels every step of the way!! Update 1 - you’ve just shown how useless you are sunny by the fact that you’ve not even read my message and just done a random reply!!! Update 2 - Whilst posing on here, they're now down to the final day to respond to the ombudsman and are yet to do it. Update 3 - Now passed the deadline, i've never met such a useless company. Just admit fault and reply to your customers! I Will update this every step of the way.

United Kingdom | 01 March 2020So quick to give you a loan you can’t afford at a massively overinflated interest rate but not so quick to respond when it comes to paying you back for miss sold loans, they will bombard you with emails and texts beginning you to borrow more and more money all the time but then they don’t seem to know how to type an email when you make a complaint to them, typical money grabbing self centred bag of 💩 company. All replies so far were automated, wouldn’t be the same case if I’d changed bank details and needed to pay a loan, they would be in contact within minutes then not ignoring me for 5 weeks. They know they get 8 weeks to reply and make sure they use every last minute, even though they have an automated system that probably has the results in minutes, they could sort it out in no time but they’re only interested in taking money, if I had a loan from them and missed a payment they would be harassing me from day one until I paid but when they owe you money there isn’t a care in the world that would make them overtake a snail, but it’s always different when the boot is on the other foot. Pathetic. Got a reply today just hours before the deadline saying they would “write off the debt” because I paid back less than I borrowed and they only charged me 5% interest, £6700 borrowed £7300 paid back in 11 months is neither of those things, sent to ombudsman I would suggest you do the same as they will try to offer you nothing. Steer clear, you’d be better of with a loan shark it’s the same result but at least they don’t hide behind shirts and ties.

United Kingdom | 27 February 2020Sunny issue loans very quickly but I cannot understand why it takes up to 30 days to repay a redress which has been formally accepted. They refuse to email you when you write in conjunction with querying how long redress will take. I accepted an offer from the FOS on 13-Feb. Now nearly 2 weeks later and no funds through yet. Sunny, please pay within the next 2 weeks, ideally sooner. I had a redress from Mr Lender the very next day after accepting.
