My experience was swift and sweet no hassle whatsoever. I called up the customer service desk, to place my order. No reason in particular other than to judge and make a final decision of “this is where I want to spend my £399 pounds”. I was happy with the telephone service the lady also gave me alternative styles around the same price range. I settled for the 4FT Rapyal Sleep Dolci MEDIUM GREY Plush Velvet Chester. Which came in the allocated time fame, which was given to me by the delivery man of the morning.

Ordered bed about 8/09/2020. Rung up on 11/09 after email saying order "complete" and was told order should arrive mid week ie 16/17-09. Just rung again on 23rd to be told they will contact supplier in morning. Told them just to cancel order. Wot do you think

Wrong item sent being passed off as a different product. Late delivery despite paying for premium service. Then didn't collect and blamed 3rd party courier. truly awful service.

The bed was dangerous and totally unsafe. I’ve taken pictures and videos to go to trading standards. It took a month with eBay having to step in twice- an hour before eBay would of refunded me without them collecting due to ignoring me they finally agreed to pick the bed up for a refund. They are rude, unhelpful and liars. They sell dangerous beds and expect you to put up and shut up.

I have bought a bed, headboard and a mattress. Received all items... But: Bed with storage closing only with mattress being on top but that's fine not a big deal... Headboard damaged missing some diamonds (Ottoman Headboard) Mattress ordered was memory foam. Instead cheap sprung mattress delivered. For delivery to second floor had to pay driver as that's not included and its not a two man delivery. But that's fine. On request to exchange we were about to receive same items and again sprung mattress. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend to deal with them as customer service is very poor, after leaving bad reviews on Facebook got blocked. Have requested full refund because customer service were insisting that the mattress I have ordered. Even though I have evidence its not. Honestly I would really consider buying something from this company. Owner should look into their office team. Erikas

Ordered a mattress that was due to be delivered yesterday. No one came no communication. Tried to call them And the phone line was off Although it said it was open on the website. Finally got on the phone with them today after waiting for an hour. They basically told me that I missed a delivery because there was no one at my place and I was home all day yesterday waiting! I said that and he basically called me a liar. Would not recommend at all

Lovely deep mattress a little hard for me so got a mattress topper

Without a doubt the worst service I have ever experienced. I paid a substantial amount of extra money for Saturday Delivery. Took time off work to be there. No one turned up. No communication from the company. Tried calling them all day Saturday and there phones were switched off. However the website states they were open. Finally got someone on the phone on Monday only to be fobbed off to support. Email only. Again no reply. Tuesday morning they try to force delivery, no one is there to collect. Called them to complain and basically got argued down by a defensive liar. The customer service is appalling with this company. They have no problem taking £650 and leaving people with no bed to sleep in. Absolute gangsters. Avoid at all costs. Also they operate several different websites all working out of the same dump near Bradford.

Great little bed sturdy and comfy. Only issue I have is one of the wheels keeps dropping out and not sitting properly.
