Their double 'orthropedic' matress arrived with the delivery driver carrying it 3 feet off the ground in one hand. Wondered if it was some amazing lightweight design; unfortunately not -the wires can be felt throughout your back. I didn't expect much, just a slightly firm matress but this is impossible to use. Unfortunately it became clear when communicating with the company that they've no interest and want £50 to return, regardless of whether a product is fit for purpose or not. In my experience this company makes cheap knock-offs themselves (which would not meet trading standards - if they were interested); make them look great on photos; post nation-wide from Yorkshire; never-ever provide refunds; and charge £50 to collect - knowing that most people won't bother. My matress is lying in the garden with my other rubbish, still wrapped. I've just accepted that they've taken my money but lesson learned for next time is that i'll check companies house and Google reviews as the ratings on Amazon and Ebay seem to award sellers a minimum 3 stars as default as long as their product hasn't killed anyone. It has been a while since I've been completely wripped-off by a company in this way but just shows the need to do your research properly before pressing that 'Buy' button.

Bought a wardrobe from them,good advertising but the reality is a very poor quality finish

Bad service I called to confirm it would be next day delivery prior to purchasing as advertised, I was advised it would be, however it was not! also very unhelpful delivery driver.

Product as described, and delivery happened on scheduled date. Would have been good to get some form of confirmation for delivery, a time slot etc. Had to wait in the whole day until delivery at 4:30pm, with no way to know any further details.

Purchased 2 x 2 drawer divan bed set with mattresses Dec 2016. We recently decided to replace and dispose of these, but whilst the ma1tresses had firer labels the divan base did not so they had not value and therefore did not comply with fire regulations at the time

Great product as we now have 2 king size, 3 doubles and 2 singles also a great service

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! This company really needs to employ better management, I made an order (Lamp Table) and received four emails stating 1: received the order 2: order being processed 3: the actual invoice of how much etc 4: out for dispatch Then on the morning of delivery I get a phone call saying it isn’t even in stock, apparently the manager whose name is REBECCA something she wouldn’t even give me her second name tried telling me I went through EBay and there emails are automated, which wasn’t the case at all so there’s yet another LIE, I also asked to be compensated for taking the whole day of work (she wasn’t interested at all) told me to write it all done in an email which I’ve done three times now and what a surprise NOTHING BACK over a week now VERY VERY BAD MANAGEMENT!!!! I never wrote a bad review in my life but this had to be done to warn people of this company.

Could have told us that the bed was only delivered to the bottom of our flat and no help to bring it in to the house before paying had to wait 4 hours until my son and his friend could help Many thanks Chris

I recently ordered a bed due to back chronic problems, turn out caused me more pain and medical issues, the mattress was advised by sales team. Cut a long story short after I contacted them and was fobbed off but rubbish excuses. Mattress has been thrown away in the bin, I would suggest anyone who has medical problems go to a shop and buy from a organisation instead of this kind of company that sell cheap mattress online and on eBay. Their customer Services need to be improved and

This was the 2nd order I've had. 1 one of 2 divans was delvered next day. Briliant service. The second order i just wanted the divan mattress the same as the first but i ended up with a totally different one .i contacted them and they are arranged pickup and refund .very quick. I recommend this company.

Customer service employee Sarah needs to be trained better. Extremely unsatisfied with her professionalism and the way treat customers.

very good and fast delivery

You get what you pay for , the quality of the bed is average (king size divan) , putting the headboard on was a nightmare as the holes aren't pre made , got so frustrated with it headboard is on the wonk. The drawer looks and feels really flimsy wont be using it that much. Apart from that it's a basic bed when your low on funds. Was told the delivery driver would call before delivering that didn't happen so lucky I was in .

Placed an order after being let down elsewhere. Service was prompt and efficient from start to finish.

Brought a bed on eBay the base was broken and the headboard was badly made won’t recommend
