Issue still not resolved and this is 5 weeks :(. I should have read all the bad revives before using and I would have not used. Warning - warning ----Please stay away

United Kingdom | 17 September 2018Dreadful service. Bought a mattress over the phone (price matched) and when it arrived on the wrong day it was ripped with a big oil stain. We refused delivery. No receipt sent or emailed to us. Contacted the company 6 times over 4 days to ask for an email receipt and written acknowledgement of my order cancellation. 6 times they lied and said they had sent it, then said they could not send it as it had to come from their purchasing dept. A week later no emails or letters received. No assurance as to refund, so dispute raised with credit card company. Totally untrustworthy company. Avoid at all costs.

United Kingdom | 05 September 2018This is the worst service I've ever had! I paid for a Saturday delivery and didn't receive my goods and I still can't see a refund for the £35 charge. Delivery was then changed to Tuesday and again failed to deliver. I have now received my bed with no draws. The bed was supposed to have 4 drawers. I understand people make mistakes but come on guys 3 errors on 1 order is terrible service should be 0 stars!

United Kingdom | 31 August 2018Paid for Saturday delivery. They forgot to put bed on the van. Only delivered after I insisted they sort it out. Delivery told me they had made lots of mistakes as it was Eid and they had no delivery driver. Bed is good quality though

United Kingdom | 24 August 2018I ordered a bed on Sunday, paid extra for it to be delivered the following Saturday. I called Wednesday to confirm it would arrive, and was told it was on it's way and would arrive Saturday. Friday, 4:30pm, I get a call to say the bed is not being made anymore!! It would not be delivered Saturday, nor could a replacement. I asked for a refund and was told I would get one. Instead I got an email a few days later saying thank you for buying from us, we hope you are happy with it and £300 odd pounds taken from my bank account! Update: After sending emails and a complaint through paypal, I received a paypal notification that my refund is being processed. No one has actually responded to my emails at any point however.

United Kingdom | 18 August 2018Placed order on Thursday morning having chosen company largely because they offered next day delivery and in the morning if I paid an extra £20. My 2 divan bases finally arrived at 21 :45 on Friday evening. The poor delivery driver had been working since 05:00 Friday morning covering hundreds of miles and still having three deliveries to make before he should finish. He was very courteous and helpful but clearly exhausted, one has to question whether he was fit to be driving. The bed bases themselves seem to be just what we needed and good quality for the cost.

I called the next day (three days before delivery date) to cancel the order. They charged me £50 admin fees!! Complete scam and terrible customer servcie ...Avoid!!

I felt sorry for the delivery driver as it was only him and the bed was heavy so I got involved. I would have given them five stars if I lived up in the Highlands but I live in Central Scotland.

United Kingdom | 27 July 2018Waited five days for a bed to arrive instead of three. When the bed arrived it was not the same bed as pictured on the website. Phoned four times to customer services and emailed three times. No help or response. I was eventually told that someone would contact me by 6pm yesterday, I am still waiting. A double bed has been sitting in our hall for two days and I have had no reply to my emails and not much assistance from customer services. No idea what is going on.
