I called this morning and spoke to an employee name Dennis. I was calling for Osorio TIres. He was very attentive and asked me questions. The outcome was excellent. He took care of the situation. I was very impressed with his manner and proffessionalism. Personal Concepts will be called for service for sure, in the near future when needed.

Mailed a check for the specific poster product I wanted on July 20th. For the last 3 weeks I have repeatedly hung up on calls from this company's "on a recorded line". All calls they make to up-sell more of their product. Each call has been responded to by me with the statement, "Send the product that I ordered". These folks have even resorted to calling the place of business and leaving employees talking about posters in place are are out-dated. There is no reason for Personnel Concepts to make more than one follow-up call on an order that was placed... after being told to simply send the product that was ordered and paid for. Best policy concerning Personnel Concepts is to find another supplier and do away with shoddy harassment through repeated phone calls. I note today that the mail will contain a "Cancellation of Coverage" notice from Personnel Concepts. I just can't wait to read this next pitch for more dollars. It's interesting to know that our State supplies all required postings on-line and for free. I bet if I use my time not answering Personnel Concepts calls "on a recorded line" and look at the Federal sites.... I'll find more money saving poster downloads. I regret trying to do any business with this company. UPDATE: AND THREE HOURS AFTER THE WRITTEN RESPONSE FROM PERSONNEL CONCEPTS TO MY COMPLAINT I GET ANOTHER CALL "ON A RECORDED LINE"! It took no less than THREE TIMES of my repeating to send the order that was requested... or return the check to be told , "I'll send this out". Take a hint.... it's not what it seems to be. It's a telephone scam trying to upgrade your purchase.

Like every other people who wrote comments, I experienced the same start and then invoicing me ridiculous amount I never place order for. But they said I did through the phone which I do not remember. When I asked for proof of recording that I order but the lady on the phone I spoke to , she said there is no legal way to share that information. So she wouldn't provide me that information. All i remember is received some posters that i order for $12 or 13.other then that i dont remember placing any other order. The lady told me because I didn't pay the invoice bill they gave me, it's sent to collections. So soon they will contact me about this matter. Well guess what, I spoke to my CPA about it, it's scam and also I'm gonna go meet my lawyer regarding to this situation this week. I am not going to pay any cents or dollors to you scammers. By seeing so many people leaving bad comments about you guys meaning you guys are doing the wrong things!!!

In 2022 I ordered a poster from them, of course they called and said I needed a different poster so the cost was 600.00. So when they called this year to say that had it all together and ready to ship out I told them I did not want their poster that I received one from somewhere else. They sent it anyway, I called their customer service and asked about returning the poster. I was told she couldn't guarantee that I still wouldn't be charged. I returned all the items and of course they say they don't have them so I am in contact with the postal service to find a missing package. I have not paid my invoice because I am not paying for something that I sent back. They have turned me into a collections agency. I filed a report with the BBB and going to be contacting my attorney. They are horrible people

I am the owner of MY COMPANY and I did NOT order what I am invoiced for. You CANNOT bill me for merchandise I did NOT order and I'm pretty sure is a violation to my rights as a consumer. When you talked with my assistant, she told you that I had already purchased the MANDATED poster for which you've cashed the payment for and for which I've yet to receive, and then LIED to her to say, we 'didn't purchase the correct one required by law.' When my assistant called back and talked with another representative, who CONFIRMED the previous representatives' statement was INDEED a lie. I know for a fact the REQUIRED notices concerning labor laws, family leave, etc...... can be downloaded for FREE and the ONLY reason I purchased your "cheap" poster was because it's laminated. This Invoice as far as I am concerned is extortion and you are holding the original order that I paid for OVER 2 weeks ago in a delayed shipment, without so much as a package tracking number to confirm it's been shipped. When I am through with this review, I am notifying my State's Attorney General for the Department of Consumer Affairs to file an official complaint against your company. I will also notify Employment Development Department or any other legal organization governing the Laws for Labor both on State and FEDERAL levels, regarding your underhanded tactics to extort more funds from businesses that are trying to be compliant. I will also post many reviews about your unprofessional and unethical business tactics and your methods of extortion for financial gain, on any social media platform where you try to obtain new business. I also happen to know very important people PERSONALLY with the I.R.S. agency, and for nothing else (because you thoroughly p*ssed me off), maybe initiate a Federal audit! I think your company needs a deep investigation into your financial records. In summation; You can take back your invoice and shove it where the sun doesn't shine. You messed with the wrong consumer!

They called the small business that I work at, and I told them that I am not in charge of finances, and I am not an authorized user to make these decisions. They told me that I was somehow an authorized user, and they went ahead and sent an invoice to my boss over email when I said I don't have final say over this order. I got two phone calls from the same company in one day both telling me that we needed to do the yearly renewal and they both told me different amount of money for the same damn thing! This company is a scam, you can literally go online and get the documents for free! Also, they are so pushy to get you to renew, I remember they called a few months ago and the lady was very rude on the phone. Do not let these people steal your money, just block their number and ignore them!

I rarely write reviews - I would give a negative star if available! I am a small business owner of only 5 years. The first year I was scared into paying $1000 for their "compliance" package! (I had 3 employees at that time) $1000 is a big chunk of change for a brand new business. However the "salesman" bc that's what they are basically, kept badgering me; telling me I'd be out of compliance and I'd have to pay $50K etc. Very forceful, intimidating & rude! I still remember the conversation 5 years ago! the next year same badgering I paid almost $900! Third year I paid $800! Last year they did their harrassing, intimidating call telling me it was $1000...I told them I'm not paying that amount of money!!! I told them I'd find another company they continued to badger me saying I'll be audited and have to pay $50K blah blah! I told them it was too expensive for only 4 employees. So they asked me what I'd be willing to pay? I said $200 bc another company said that's all they'd charge ...paid only $314.31 including ALL their add on charges for what I paid the previous year of $800! This year the rude rep just wouldn't let up - she acted like she did me a huge favor by only charging me $530!! Add insult to injury (the reason I decided to write a review) is I received a letter from PC saying I will be out of compliance in August of 2023, with the price of only $299.99 Talk about a rip off!!!! They truly are a terrible customer service organization! No means no vs. threatening me with non-compliance and $50K fine! There are other compliance companies out there! No need to respond back Personnel Concepts; nothing you can say or do will make me purchase from your company again; rude, forceful CS doesn't warrant my business!

In 2022 we purchased labor law posters from Personnel Concepts. While there was no issue at that time, in March 2023 we received an invoice for over $300 for downloadable training videos. We did not request, authorize or want them. We did not download them. Our employee called to get the invoice rescinded. Their rep said we took too long to dispute it so they would only waive half the charge. I called the next day and asked for the proof that we authorized the purchase, either a signed contract or a purchase order sent by email. They said it was authorized by phone. They call and offer the services and claimed our employee agreed to it. I asked them to play the call for me and they refused because of "policies". Okay. My policy is to not pay for things I did not order. After much arguing, their rep said she would cancel the invoice. I asked for email confirmation. She agreed. I asked what email it would come from and she gave her first name @personnelconcepts.com. However, the email came from her first and last name @bradycorp.com. So be aware of either name, Personnel Concepts or Brady Corp. Was this just a sly (deceptive) sales tactic or straight up fraud? I guess I don't know. But please warn any employees answering calls from either of these company names to pay close attention and agree to nothing unless it comes in writing.

Call from PC, super aggressive man. We had been using this company for far too long. Our Admin was likely bullied into everything. She paid out over $500 for what we could have received for free. This caller spewed threats about must have training - I asked for an email as I was in the middle of something and he said I better make time for this important info. Should have looked up these reviews a long time ago. My bad.

This company is horrific and I highly suggest steering clear. I ordered a simple employment poster for my business breakroom. A few days later I was contacted by a representative stating that I was "required" to post additional material that would cost 10 times as much as I initially spent. I became frustrated and asked to have my order canceled. The representative promptly hung up on me. I messaged the company multiple times requesting to have my order canceled. They never responded and proceeded to charge me.

Its a scam, don't fall for the call back to verify the order. They say its recorded, but I was just told it's against HIPAA regulations to let me hear the recording. Never got the transcript they said they were sending. My order was $48.00. My credit card was charged and additional $417.00. I am adding to this review. My opinion still stands, and I will never do business with Personnel Concepts again. However, they did refund the additional money after my comment here on Trustpilot.

Dennis Poteet not only found the problem with my order, he expedited it so that I will receive it within 3 business days. He was a really great gentleman to talk with and do business with.

total scam. I was sent something that looked like it came from Washington State. So i call and they tell me if I dont buy in that I can get fined, I get fooled and they send me an invoice and the link however i didnt use it especially after i double checked with the chamber of commerce (who gives out the posters FREE) and the Dept. of Revenue told me I was not required for anything much less "training" as I had no employees and self run the business myself. Now they want me to pay $280 for something i didnt use nor need and its gone to collections, I am on a very fixed income and couldnt afford it anyway. Stay away.

They start off by offering a single poster to a new business for $10.00. I fell for this and their $10 turns into $500 dollars. I have spoken to them several times and told them I do not want their posters. They are very pushy and almost bully you into thinking you have to do this or your business will be in some kind of violation of federal and state laws. I informed them that I can visit my state department of labor website and order the poster for free. Same with OSHA and the federal gov. department of labor and so on. They are calling me almost weekly now and it shows up as a local number. They not only call the business phone number but are also calling my private cell phone.

This company is predatory. They will call your office after you make a purchase to “confirm your order” and add on many unnecessary items to try and rack up your bill. All the while pretending that it was the original order. Do not do business with them.

This company preys on new business owners and our naïveté in state mandated regulations. They will call as soon as your company is legal and will scam you into thinking you have to buy their products to be in accordance with stated and federally mandated codes and procedures. Unfortunately for them I run a Veteran founded LLC and have protections against instances and predators like this. Please do your research before speaking with Personnel Concepts. THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM! If I could put less than 1 star I would.
