United States | 08 February 2021If this company wanted to help my business stay OSHA compliant - their mailing adverts would say just that "We want to help you". But no, they rather send threatening 'compliance notices', listing irrelevant deadlines and extraordinary fines we will be charged. Fear, guys? That's your sales tactic? It's 2021...get out of here.

United States | 08 February 2021SCAM!! I received an offer to get a Covid guidelines poster for my restaurant for about $14 which I purchased. A couple weeks later a rep called telling me I needed to make a payment for $527 for all of the other posters I supposedly purchased. I clearly stated I didn’t want ANY other material. I just received a collections letter for the amount. Complete disgrace how they are taking advantage of small businesses, especially during these times!

United States | 03 February 2021I wish I had read these reviews prior to dealing with Personnel Concepts. I hope that my situation is handled after the phone call I had this AM but I am not so sure. We shall see. Personnel Concepts, you guys can do better. There is no way this method is working for you. Try another approach.

United States | 02 February 2021Scam! Call every day. Say I owe money when I never purchased anything. Sent my bill to collections. Disputing the charges. Small business owners have enough to deal with right now, we shouldn't have to deal with this bullsh!t too.

United States | 28 January 2021Rude, called every day including Sunday. When I wouldn’t sign up for the membership I was hung up on. Will never order from them again.

United States | 25 January 2021Scam. They sent notices “business mail-time sensitive “making them look official as MA department of Labor with messages as Compliance Update 2021-“Immediate Response Requested” I’m requesting to be removed from the mailing list now!

United States | 25 January 2021TERRIBLE. Absolute scam. Phone calls are borderline harassment. Look at the rest of the reviews on this page; they all criticize Personnel Concepts for its fraudulent, predatory practices. I tried emailing them and they don't respond. It's an absolute scam, and these people are terrible.

United States | 21 January 2021Rude, Disgraceful, pushy. Terrible people who I will continue to hang up on when they call me up on my business. You people are profiting off a pandemic and screwing over small business. How do these people live with themselves? Shameful.

United States | 08 January 2021Several years ago our preschool was harassed into purchasing from Personnel Concepts by their pushy and rude reps. Because of the way our people were treated we elected not to work with them again. This year (2020-2021 academic year) they have called us MULTIPLE times a day, everyday and we've received no less than 12 in the last month. After each call, they we instructed them that we won't be using them and to take us off of their lists. That didn't stop them. This morning, we told them again that we wouldn't use them and the rep threatened a member of our staff, telling her to get a labor attorney. This harassment and intimidation tactic can not be legal and they cannot be permitted to continue treating other organizations like this. As a result I have now reported them to the BBB, but every review site and organization needs to know what a scam and shady company this is.

United States | 06 January 2021Total Scam!!! They will harass you & send you to collection! This company called me to inform me that I need state compliance posters, which I bought for $11.74. Later, that company called me to tell me that I also need more posters, because it is illegal not to have the posters that they mentioned for a total of $107.91 more. The posters for $11.74 came. However, the posters for $107.91 never came. I called Personnel Concept to tell them that their product never arrived but the manager, Manny argued with me demanding that I still need to pay. I cannot pay for a product that I never received! Their sales people are also rude & aggressive! After that dispute, I called back & spoke to a sales rep & asked her how the posters for $107.91 were going to be delivered because our mail box is tiny. She said, the posters would be packaged in a long cylinder tube. Well, that definitely will not fit into my tiny mail box & since it's a business, my mail person would have to come to my suite to deliver large packages. Which never occurred because there is no such package. Soon after, I received a collection notice from R.M.S. ( The Receivable Management Services LLC) stating that I owe a total of $399.23 for 3 separate products that I never ordered!

United States | 28 December 2020If I could rate this company a zero star I would! They have been harassing me for months now! They said they sent out $500 worth of posters I never ordered or received then sent the bill to collections. Now they are trying to do it again saying I have an obligation to post these signs. Which I can get FOR FREE from the state and federal websites. And even after I let them know my business is closing they are still trying to send out paperwork and trying to charge me for it. They continue to call and threaten me constantly! Please, please avoid this company at all costs!! Do my research than I did as a knew business owner! They prey on new companies, be careful out there!!

United States | 16 December 2020First i ordered a state compliance poster for 20 dollars. they sent a 300 dollar package, returned it.. they called 3 weeks later and offered the compliance poster and 2 other posters 1 for covid and 1 for social distancing for 40 dollars. only received the the covid and distancing poster..no state poster.. stay away from these people!! they are clueless!!

United States | 13 December 2020If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Completely manipulative, unprofessional, and dishonest company. They sent us COVID posters that we did not ask for and are charging us $362 for it. We sent it back, but they told us that we sent it back too late. I told them that we would not pay for materials that we did not order, and they threaten us with sending us to collections. Does this sound like what a legitimate company would say to a customer?! And even now, after they told us they were sending us to collections, they are still sending us bills. I wish I would have read all the negative reviews on here before ever doing business with them. Total scam!!! Please listen and beware!

United States | 04 December 2020We had terrible experience with Personnel Concepts. Non-stop aggressive sales phone calls for product that was unnecessarily. We requested multiply times to be removed from the list.

United States | 25 November 2020Do not do Bussines with this company. First they offer a one poster for $20 dollars, they the send you $500 worth of posters with your consent and harass you for payment. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I did reach out to the customer service Three weeks later after I got bill in total of 500 + dollars. I told the lady that I’m returning the posters to which she replied “you had a week to return the product but now it’s too late”. I said that I just got the bill yesterday. She said that they could give me small discount! This is a scam, first they say it a 20 dollar OSHA posters then they send you The one plus 10 other I did not ask for .

United States | 13 November 2020Worst company ever. I called and cancel my orders. They still sending me and trying to charge me for it. Done even get into it. Stay away.

United States | 13 November 2020This business is a SCAM! they will send you items not ordered and make unauthorized charges. For instance you can order a poster for $5.95 with $5 shipping -- they will bill you over $125! then you can send the item back, they won't refund you and they send it to collections. STAY ALWAY FROM THIS SCAM.

United States | 13 November 2020We received our labor law posters but it took several phone calls to confirm an order I placed online - complete waste of time and money. Sales rep was offensive, speaking over me and insisting I don't know where to find the updates for the posters. First told me he was calling to renew the subscription, then told me we had didn't have the subscription last year - only paid the one time fee for the posters. Wrong, I paid for the subscription. At least three times I explained it wasn't worth the money, I can get the poster for less than half price and update it myself. The sales rep continued to state I did not know where to get all the updates and that we will be fined. I finally cut him off and said "I am trying to politely decline your offer" which was met with a dial tone because the rep disconnected the call.

United States | 06 November 2020This is a scam. Do not order from this company. The wording on their mailings imply you must purchase certain Labor posters to be in compliance with Labor Laws. I fell for it and sent a check with their order form to purchase a poster. We received a phone call regarding the poster. Because my husband's business has no employees - he works alone from his truck, we are not required to post the poster. However, we are required to purchase two separate Covid-19 resource bundles for $100 apiece. This is not a tangible item, but rather two email links they provide. I told them I was not interested and hung up on them. I checked with other businesses, and they have never heard of any required Covid-19 resource bundles. Today, I received two separate invoices for the bundles I declined to order. I will not pay these invoices. This company is a scam. Beware!!!
