United States | 16 October 2020We ordered a poster weeks ago & continue to receive calls from the company trying to build an invoice. They claim to be a compliance company that is helping businesses, yet they harass your staff with repeated calls implying your business is not in compliance because products were not ordered through them. Meanwhile we still have NOT received our original poster ordered & are told they cannot release it for shipping without making sure we're in compliance. Today I finally got them to agree to ship our poster after confirming our check cleared the bank over a week ago. This is progress compared to what I've heard of other's experiences. I hope they keep their word & truly ship the poster. What I've learned since is ALL the compliance materials are available for free from the agencies requiring them - they just aren't consolidated like the posters sold by the horrible entity. We will be sure to never use this company OR it's sister company "New York Labor Law Posters" again. The reps are hostile & bullying.

United States | 10 October 2020Ordered one poster laminated and it still has not been sent. Do not do business with this company. They will continue to call you and try to tell you what YOUR requirements are. I ordered ONE poster and the first call that I received was very hostile to try and get me to order more. They wanted me to spend more than 250.00. Then when they call me back today they say there have been no "notes" put into the system and want me to order more. I get frustrated with the caller and say I just want my ONE poster (which has not been shipped yet) and he tells me that someone will be calling me tomorrow. ughhh. How do you fix this?

United States | 06 October 2020Please, do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all cost! They're a total scam! They advertise low cost all in one posters, then put high pressure on you to spend hundreds to upgrade. Then they will call you several times a week in an attempt to sell you more unnecessary displays. These people are not honest.

United States | 02 October 2020They are the most disrespectful group of people and to find out they are just trying to scare you into buying their products (sickening). Do your research and DO NOT use this company....there are better services and tools out there to help you stay compliant. DON'T trust this company or its people!

United States | 29 September 2020They are a total scam, they made me order posters which i did because i was dumb and tells me that it cost $19.99 and then when i got an invoice from them, they wanted me to pay $392. Of course that caused an alarm in my head. Then they never send me the posters so i didn't pay them. Afterwards, they sent me to the debt collectors. Like what the heck, i never got my posters and yet they proceeded to charge me still??!! This company is a scam should be out of business, not very trustworthy people.

United States | 12 September 2020They keep shipping posters that we never ordered and then sending bills for $180+. I've called them but they insisted I ordered them and will not stop shipping posters.

United States | 10 September 2020They are complete scams. Prey on small business owners. Constantly calling about past due when there is no past due. You people send out items then charge people without consent. Very very bad business. If i could give no stars i would.

United States | 05 September 2020COMPLETE SCAM. Dealing with an alleged order with this company has been an absolute nightmare. We were bullied into thinking a package of posters was a valid invoice (hundreds of dollars!!), when it wasn't. I never write reviews but I will make sure to never associate with Personell Concepts ever again. Run for the hills.

United States | 04 September 2020Personnel Concepts is a total scam. They prey on new business owners to purchase their documents when they are free of charge from the Department of Labor. They also send this info to you without consent and attempt to charge you for the items sent. I was recently told by Personnel Concepts that I would be sent to a third party collections agency as a result of items sent to me without my consent. When I offered to send the unopened unauthorized items back, I was advised that I could not. Do NOT by any means necessary use this company. Please do your own research of what is needed for your business that could be obtained free of charge.

United States | 02 September 2020This company doesn’t even deserve one star. They sell posters you can get for free online or most local government buildings. I’ve asked to be taken off their mailing list twice now and they refuse. They send me products that I do not ask for and they charge me for them. Do not use this company. Do not listen to their scare tactics because they cannot fine you because they are not a government agency.

United States | 27 August 2020I returned a postcard for a "free" all in one poster. After that, I received phone call, after phone call trying to get me to purchase subscription to get updates for something in the neighborhood of $200. I never authorized any purchase and am now being told I have an invoice due. Some days, they called my business 5-6 times. If I receive a shipment from them, I will be refusing the package and returning to sender. I never authorized anything to be sent. So frustrating...can't take no for an answer. What a scam! Answer to reply: Yes, we did order the all in one poster. However, we are now getting calls that we owe an invoice for more posters and updates. This was not authorized by me or Chris. We paid for the original order and should not be billed for anything else.

United States | 27 August 2020I just got a call from you and then I googled your business and read all these reviews that you are a scam business. I just sent you an email saying I am not going to pay you $199 for the COVID19 poster and dont call me ever again.

United States | 26 August 2020Do not do business with this company. Was charged $37.67 and never received anything. Tried calling their customer service number and go the message "number is no longer in service".

United States | 25 August 2020Their most recent scam is to insist that companies get COVID-19 posters and some fake thing called a "digital" bundle about COVID-19 via email. They billed us for this so called digital bundle - which we never received - and they said they would keep calling until we paid for it. Do not do business with this company!

United States | 12 August 2020A RIP OFF. I got a letter stating that I must display the labor laws in my non-profit and that the cost would be $11.62. I sent in to get the All in one poster for display. I then got a phone call several weeks later asking me questions about my employees and non-profit. I was told I had to have 9 posters in all and that they would be sending it out UPS and the cost upon delivery would be $225.92. I said okay, because I was lead to believe I must do this now. But come to find out I do not need to pay for these, they were all available for FREE at my states Department of Labor. They were insistent that I must have this or face fines. I will be refusing the package, now that I know they are over priced to the max, misleading and I have gotten my posters for FREE. $11.62 down the drain. Shame on this company!!!!

United States | 11 August 2020This is a scam company, NEVER EVER TRUST THEM. Please stop sending mails and calling businesses if they as so! PLEASE!!!

Kris
United States | 06 August 2020Do not work with this company. They will harass you mercilessly even if you ask many times to be removed. Ive explained that the business is shut down many times and they just keep calling. The last rep actually implied that if I didn't hang up the posters I would be inspected and fined IN MY OWN HOME.

Tanya Peterson
United States | 05 August 2020Terrible company - they use fear and scare tactics to sell their products. They constantly harass via phone and mail to upsell. Buyer beware.
