Since these awful people won't leave me alone no matter how many times I ask for their harassing calls and letters to stop, I will give a 1 star review on every platform available in hopes that some other person can be saved from the endless bullying calls from these awful sales people. How many times do I have to say, "you are a scam company, please leave me alone, I will not purchase from you and I have instructed my employees to not speak to you." I have said no in every imaginable way and yet, they keep trying. I will never make another purchase from Personnel Concepts, as I have made crystal clear to them, so I wish they would quit wasting my time and leave me alone.

It is an unethical and a scam!! They have sent us to the collection agency for the products we never have agreed to purchase. They have kept sending us posters which we do not want and do not need them. We still have unopened packages from them. It is a hassle to us that we are planning to hire a lawyer for this issue.

We had just started our business and kept getting letters from Personnel Concepts. Finally I sat down and ordered the 10.00 worth of posters that we had to have. While my husband is going down the road in the semi they call and feed him all this crap that we have to have totaling up to $400 and something worth of posters. We NEVER got a invoice from them and they keep calling him and telling him they are going to send him to collections if he doesn't pay. I am sending back all the posters registered mail that are still in tube and going with another company we got mail from. I can't stand pushy people and they are one of the worst! Done with them!!

Daily phone calls for many months despite being asked repeatedly not to call. One sales person told me if I would purchase a special program my calls would go down to 2 times a year ( Extortion ) have finally written them and have been told the calls would stop. I will not do business with them again, dishonest company. Do not give them your phone number!!

Wish they would contact me with the number that I have provided versus leaving messages on my 800 number. When I return their call, you can never speak to the person that left you the message!

This company calls repeatedly, even after being asked to cease calling. We had a bad experience with more than one Customer Service Agent, and when we tried to cancel their service, the agent informed our employee that we "needed their service and if we cancelled, we would be in violation of OSHA" and could be fined. We informed them that we had another firm taking care of our labor posters, etc, and the agent said there was no way that the firm was trained to handle our needs like Personnel Concepts. It has taken almost a year to get them to quit calling, after repeated call to them, and emails sternly worded to demand that they do not call us again. This company leaves much to be desired, and they try to trick, badger, or bully a company into doing business with them.

We had renewed our subscription and sent in a check. One of your salespeople called telling me that we needed more posters. When I told him I wanted to verify that we really need them he became very pushy. The information that he told me was not true. I am now questioning if I will renew with you next year.

They use unethical tactics to make sales and outright lie to make a sale. I give them 2 stars because customer service listened to the sales call and matched everything they promised me.

THE MOST ANNOYING SERVICE EVER! They try to behave as if their incessant calls are in an effort to keep you compliant but no matter how much you buy they all keep calling you with an annoying hard sell. If for whatever reason you decline (because after all you are HR and do know a thing,,,,or two about the law) they get defensive and borderline nasty! WASTE OF MONEY

I signed up basically in fear of not being compliant like they talk about in their letters. I should've done my research first. This post pretty much says it all: Review We had just opened our business up and were receiving a lot of mail and emails about having to do this and be in compliance with that. One of those letters was from Personal Concepts. At first it was only supposed to me a couple of posters that was around $10 then after being contacted by a sales rep and being scared into thinking if i didn't get these posters i was gonna be fined by the government i agreed to purchasing over $200 in posters. Later i was speaking to a friend of mine who works for OSHA said they would give me some of the info for free and as far as he knew the other gov agencies would as well. I couldn't believe it. I called back immediately and said i wanted to return the posters i had just received and that i felt deceived into getting something i didn't need. I was misled and after looking at the other reviews i am not the only one. I sent the posters back and now they are saying i did not, and now they want to send me to the creditors. They engage in terrible business practices and should be upfront about they're services. DO NOT USE THEY'RE SERVICES!! All the info you need you can get for free.

I have explained that I am the only one authorized to purchase this service for the church but they still want to talk with Stacey on these matters.

When we notices what we paid for this company to send our regulatory posters we decided to look at switching companies. Upon doing so Multiple employees from Personnel Concepts called daily to say we were violating federal law and that we had to continue ordering our posters through them. Well at $1,700 a year for two locations (as a non-profit) that is a lot of money. We found a cheaper and better option, but Personnel Concept still insisted we were violating some law (even though our paid year was up) They asked to speak with my boss (who also identified we were in no violation) and my Human Resources Department (who also agreed we were in no violations). Upon their continued dissatisfaction with our lack of interest in their company they continues to harass us, each day, for about a month an a half, and asked to speak with every possible person (we did not allow this) we finally blocked their number. I do not recommend using this company at all and would encourage you to look else where for anything they offer!

Better breakdown and explanation of service options. Paid for and received more than I needed. Needs clearer customer service that isn't focused on just trying to make the big sale.

I have been signing up for a year Jan - Dec and receive calls to update a few months early and they change the period without my authorization. The periods were overlapping to Aug - Dec but I had paid for the entire year Jan - Dec. I would like to be called once per year to sign up for the new year covering Jan - Dec. The way I see it, it's cheating, and I don't trust cheaters. I am currently looking for another company.

this rating is more of a previous experience-rating, in the recent past (last couple years), I've had excellent service - prior to that, it seemed I was getting MANY phone calls & I wasn't sure if I was paying more than I was receiving; recently, it's a once-a -year subscription renewal, and I have a control over what we're buying...

Service is good but the practice of sending new material and billing every 9 months instead of once a year is annoying and leads to paying for 4 subscriptions every 3 years.

Personnel Concepts is good about calling me when it is renewal time and providing our company with updated postings.
