Scare Tactics and Harrassment-Placed my order July 20th through LaborLawPostersOnline.com. Turns out it is the same company. They still have not shipped 22 days later due to their DAILY calls trying to up-sell. They have been repeatedly told to simply ship what was ordered (the all-in-one state and federal poster advertised as meeting all requirements). They always start sounding aggressive at this time, threatening we are not in compliance. This happened to me last year also through Personnel Concepts (the reason I shopped elsewhere this year), but not to this degree. Today my assistant answered the phone and was told there is an issue with my payment, simply to get me on the phone. Then he admitted there is no issue with the payment, "telling" me very authoritatively "we need to get in compliance". Translation: order more products from them.

If I could give negative stars they would get -5 stars. They are the absolute worst to deal with. They should be charged with harassment. We made the mistake of ordering from them once and now they call us and try to make us think that it is the law that we order from them or we'll be prosecuted. I have hung up on them and they call back repeatedly. The worst company to deal with ever.

Be CAUTIOUS!!! Do not give this company any of your information. They excessively call you to warn you that your business is non-compliant and will sell you compliance posters. Their customer service representatives will bully you into purchasing and have an extremely uncomfortable demeanor.

Please do not answer the phone if they call. Do not trust these bs customer service replies. They have been calling since March 2019 and sending us fake invoices. They are con artist. They have no professionalism and call at 6 am and are rude. We have asked to be taken off their list dozens of times. I would not trust to give your information to them. I even tried telling them the coworker they continually call was dead and they still kept calling. Good Luck - block their numbers if you can.

I just started a nonprofit, so I wasn't too surprised to get their letter and order form in the mail saying I needed to purchase a $5.95 employee rights poster to hang in the office. I sent a check for $5.95 for the poster which their form said I HAD to have BY LAW and if I were to be inspected without having it I could be fined up to $32,000. I have not rec'd that poster, but this morning I did rec'v a phone call from someone saying what I actually needed was a document for $99 that was good for the life of the business, protected against fines (why would I be fined if I paid all this money for this required document?) and that I needed to send payment immediately to prevent being shut down. I told the guy that this was the first time I was hearing of this, and that I was unaware of any such mandate for an organization like mine with zero employees and zero customers actually coming into my home office. He said he would send what I needed along with the invoice. I requested that he NOT send me anything in the mail, NOT invoice me, but instead send an email with the laws and name of document I am required to have so I could show my attorney. What he emailed me was a generic article about financial aid for businesses due to COVD. When I tried to reply and say this is not what I requested, the email wouldn't even go through- fake account. Complete scam.

If I could give a negative I would. Can someone please explain how they are not sanctioned, fined, or better yet shut down! I was one of the suckers that had a need for employee rights posters and I just so happened to get their sales flier in the mail, a year and a half ago. After receiving my first shipment of posters I started looking into what they had actually sent and discovered that I could download all current necessary materials at little to no cost. Shame on me for jumping head first into their very muddy, shallow and disgusting waters. Less than 30 days after my first order, I received a call telling me, not asking, that I was required by law to have other posters displayed that have not yet paid for and again REQUIRED BY LAW. I didn’t bite this time, and instead I politely asked them to stop contacting me because I was no longer interested in what they had to sell. They followed up by with telling me that I was no longer in compliance and I needed to purchase their product in order to be compliant and asked why I would risk my company by not displaying what they had to sell. My only response to all this was “You do NOT have my permission to contact me for any reason and I’m formally requesting that you take me off your call list.” You would think that would be enough to get them to stop calling or sending correspondence but no it wasn’t. I have been contacted every month since then and every time I have asked them to stop calling me. Their response has always been on of the 3 same things. First they try to tell me that I’m required by law to have their product using official sounding words, terms, and phrases implying they are acting on behalf of the federal government simply trying to scare me into saying ok. Second they hang up on you mid sentence so you don’t get the chance to tell them to stop calling, or lastly they listen to you tell them to place you on the DNC list, and acknowledging your request by telling you they will comply. Obviously they don’t comply. I even had a salesman immediately call me back after I asked him to take me off of his list and I was no longer interested in his company. He called back to ask why and to confirm I wasn’t interested. Personnel Concepts should be shut down! I believe they are acting as and perpetrating government employees by providing false misleading information. They deceive unknowing and otherwise very busy small business owners. They are rude and pushy when you tell them your not interested. They don’t think they fall into the same category as a telemarketer and continue to solicit after being asked to stop on many occasions. I don’t know if anything can be done but my next call is to my attorney, and I will gladly pay to find out.

This company is a scam. I asked months ago to be placed on the DNC list, the man told me he would do that. I was thankful until the next day. They called back but under a different number! When I told them I was placed on the DNC list, they told me that there is no such list. Are you kidding me?? They keep calling back every single day & will try to first verify my address. I fell for their scam once & will never again do business with them. They are bullies & prey on small businesses, they are a joke!

On May 19 I ordered four labor law posters for $9.95. Several days later I received a message that I had to call about the order. The phone rep wanted to "verify some information." When I called back I discovered that what she really wanted to do was try to upsell me a package that "regularly retails for $350." I don't take kindly to salespeople, and I especially don't like that kind of bait-and-switch. I cut the rep off and demanded that she ship what I had already purchased. Today, more than a week later, we received a second call from "Carla." I called back, spoke with Yahida, who started the whole "we just need to verify..." process again. My order was placed 9 days ago and according to Yahida my demand that the posters I bought be sent within the next three days would definitely not be met. Based on this interaction I instructed Yahida to cancel order WL0070923. This behavior is unethical and represents the worst kind of customer abuse. A look at their one-star reviews tells you all you need to know.

Taking advantage of a public health emergency and preying on unsuspecting businesses. I sent their postage paid envelope back to them so they'll be charged postage.

For a year and half they have constantly bombarded me with their phone calls. After dozens of requests to be taken off their list and never called again. They continue to call. It's harassment at this point. You're worthless scam artists. I have called the number in the last review I left and you continue to call. If it does not stop. I will forward it to our attorney to finally put an end to it.

I beg the BBB to shut this company down. They use scare tactics and threaten non-compliance if you don't purchase posters from them. Horrible company.
