Exceptional service, prompt arrival. As I had ordered these earrings during the Easter period when they arrived, I was pleasantly surprised at the lovely Easter card that accompanied them. The earrings were a perfect size and admired straight away by work colleagues and friends.

I needed a birthday present for my twin sister and as usual, JRJ came up trumps. They know my sister & therefore knew what she liked and their recommendation went down a treat. My sister loved her gift. Also a great price for a lovely piece of jewellery.

Unbelievable experience! I live in Limerick, saw a ring on their website, phoned them and asked for it to be put away! This was Nov & I didn’t want the ring until March for my 50th. The lady was so accommodating, she sent me a video of the ring & put it away for me with a small deposit! I called in Feb to try it on & it was too small so, they sent it away to be sized! Went into John Ross Jewellers for wedding rings and we were looked after very well. Loads of rings to choose from and lovely designs. I went into the shop in Tralee over two weeks ago and discussed with the staff member about buy our wedding bands she was so helpful and showed me everything they had to offer.I told her I would return with my husband to be the following week and so I did.I dealt with a different staff member and to be brutally honest she was disguising to deal with she told one look at us and decided because we didn’t look like we could afford expensive rings she decided to show us the cheapest rings she had to offer and when my husband to be asked her had she any other rings with diamond stones on the band she told us that’s all she had at the moment.all I say is never judge a book by it’s cover and I will never put my foot inside the door of the place again.they obviously don’t want the customer,s I would have got all my bridesmaids and my own jewellery there as well as gifts for the groomsmen also.And she even tried to tell use she knew that the ring she showed us was the only ring that would suit my engagement ring.👎👎👎
