I purchased a child's bracelet online. Prior to finalising the purchase I rang the shop to get some details on the size and spoke to Heather, who was extremely helpful. When it arrived in the post I was still doubtful that it would fit and I rang Heather again....absolutely no problem, send it back. She fitted a new clasp and it arrived in the post the following day - perfect.
