Very poor service

Absolute terrible service, you try to call them with any issues and they hang up on you without assisting you at all. I had two people hang up on me after claiming they can't do anything further for me even though they were the ones to lose my dbs in the post

the staggering incompetence!!! i waited for an enhanced DBS for 8 months, the nursing job i was offered expired, and when i finally got the certificate and applied for the update service, it was already out of date so i couldnt sign up for the update service, they have one job and they are totally useless. i have no words for these people!! so your posts about the NHS being understaffed etc??? look at these idiots because they are contributing!!

After needing a DBS renewal, I thought this would be a great company. I then had second thoughts and this is where the problems have started. After asking for a refund due to not having anything to do with the company, there has been no communication whatsoever and I still have no refund. Do not use this company under any circumstances.

They have taken my money and haven't refunded me or replied to any of my emails regarding my refund. I am disappointed and disgusted

DBS Check.Org This company have taken £94 twice from my bank. £94.00 wasn't even the amount quoted for the DBS Check Their number goes straight through to an answer phone message, where I have left numerous messages for a call back. Plus, I have contacted them, via their contact page, 3 times and not had anything back. Now having to go through my bank to try and get my money back.

Absolute scammers!! Please avoid these guys. They advertise one price, then charge you £94 for a basic DBS (£18 on gov uk website).They hide all the additional fees in the Ts and Cs. Scumbags.

I don't even feel like given one start . This company always take for ever to do DBS 's far too long you have wait weeks every time , it's ridiculous it's always been like it they never change the system to make it easier for people , it's useless they don't care about people waiting . Just hurry up with it ! 🙄

Hello everyone it's very important information about DBS annual subscription I have paid £13 in 2021 for annual subscription they took £13 first year then they sent me email next year that my subscription has been cancelled because instalment didn't go through I don't know why I had pay full money £90 again and £13 for new subscription but next month they took money again from my bank I made complaint to information you are taking two instalments and you sent me email for first subscription cancellation they don't even bother to reply please bec

Absolutely awful company , applied 3 times for an advanced DBS and every time they lost it !! Paid £12.50 3 times at the post office to get my ID verified !! So thanks to this company I didn't get the job I was applying for !!!!!!!

Please don’t use these company, they took the money of an enhanced DBS to receive a basic one. Arrogant and useless customer service. Avoid at all costs

Still waiting on a response from this corrupt company. I want my money back from £96 for a useless dbs check that I cannot use. Tried to cancel order within 30 minutes and was totally ignored. This company should NEVER BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE. THIEVES.

Spoke to man on the phone to ask about help on getting on the update system, and was met with an incredibly rude response, very unhelpful and abrupt. No customer service, and not at all helpful.

So I’m still waiting for my refund! They made me wait 15day only to be told we forgot to refund you. You will now have to wait another 15 days and not even an apology. I Paid £77 and get £40 back and have to wait a month for my money. What a Complete rip-off never use this company stay on gov website NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY
