Five stars great price and service!

I ordered a Marantz MCR611on thursday evening and it arrived first thing saturday morning.It is absolute quality and the price for it was just as good. A first class service from Superfi.

I go into the local Superfi normally to make my purchases but obviously they don't keep everything in stoc so I bought this from them online. They always price match where they can so I prefer to support the local business whenever possible. The advice is always good and I always ask some questions that I already know the answer to so that I am always reassured that the person i'm talking to actually knows their stuff. I have bought many fairly expensinve items from them over the last 10 years and I'm happy to report that my latest purchase was good on price, delivery and quality of advice.

Felt I had to write something about this company. They were brilliant. Its rare to find an online company who treats its customers with the same courtesy as a face to face retailer should. I was directed to speak with John at the warehouse who was fantastic. Rang me back with extra info and gave me good advice. My products arrived promptly at 9am the following day. There was a very small rubber foot missing off a speaker so again I rang them. They promptly rang back to explain it wasn't in stock but they would contact the manufacturer to send one. Guess what - it arrived the next day. From my experience I would heartily recommend this company. Brilliant.
